Jose and his team were amazing! He took carpet that I thought was a total loss and made it look great again. We had a misunderstanding about which rooms to do and he immediately returned to make it right. I would highly recommend this very thorough and knowledgeable company!

I cannot say enough great things about Jose and his services. I came to him initially with a scenario that I wasn't sure anyone could fix! He gave me a great price match and not only guranteed his services, even after completion, but FOLLOWED THROUGH with them. He fixed my carpet and i will always go to him for future services! COS Cleaning did a spectacular job on installing our floating floors. Jose the owner worked with us, as we encountered unexpected issues with the concrete floors under the carpet. The price was right and his crew for the most part were excellent with their job skills!

We had major water leakage and damage that affected both stories of our house. Jose and his crew did an amazing job restoring each room. You’d never know anything ever happened! Everything actually looks better now than before. The carpet that was cleaned looks new. Jose is very professional and has a hard work ethic. He knows what he’s doing and made sure each area was 100% dried before moving on to phase two. He uses the right tools and has the right skills to get the job done correctly. I know that mold will not be an issue because he treated every square inch. He will answer all your questions and has good communication skills, including the timing of when he comes. Beyond professional and thorough! We just moved into a new rental and the carpet downstairs at first glance wasn’t awful looking but definitely had pet smells. Jose was confident he could address it and he did! The 90 day warranty offered is what made me choose this company. What a great offering and we ended up needing it.
