I've been in and out of Blazer for my entire electrical career and Cathy Johnson is one of the best, if not the best, customer service rep I have ever dealt with. That's including out of Blazer experiences. She sets the tone for Blazer and this company is very lucky to have her as a face to the business.

This is strictly a contractor locale. The individual

The sales team is always very helpful and responsive. My customer has a high priority business. When their service got damaged, Eddie went above and beyond opening up on Sunday getting my crew the needed parts required to rebuild their service. Thanks for always being there and supporting my company's needs.

Slow but friendly service. Different associates gave me the wrong part twice, both times saying it would do the job (neither did). I noted other customers returning incorrect orders all 3 times I visited the shop. If I had ordered from Amazon (where the identical part is available) I would have had the job finished before second trip into the store.

This is one of the best skilled labor schools in the nation. Self-respect, integrity, and just an overall sense of decency are installed here. True craftsmanship is taught here along with a continued education and the most up to date knowledge of the electrical trade industry.

Don't know where people got "integrity" from the local JATC, but this was not my experience.

Was accepted for training, given a start date, then 5 months later found out i was moved from 12 of 16 approved to 20, with no notification. I only found out i was bumped and not starting training at all in 2024 because i made the effort to follow up.

JATC wasted 5 months of my time and when they knew they were dropping me from the current year, again after giving my a position in the training schedule for 2024, didn't even have the decency to notify me.

I don't know if this has something to do with the at time training director retiring, or this is just how they do things, but this to me is the exact opposite of integrity.

Nevermind that no one seems to want to speak up and hold anyone to accountability, apparently my only avenue to take any action here is to use Google and other public forums to let people know how this place operates and to sign up with caution as your situation can change abruptly and without notice.

Ezekiel was early and professional. He was knowledgeable. He repaired the switch and the light fixture so fast. He explained he did and made me feel like a valued customer. Will definitely refer them.

Fred was able to send a repairman to my building within a few hours for ceiling fan installation. They were on time, quick, communicative, and polite. I appreciated their services and reccomend them to anyone looking for a reasonably priced electrician.

I'm very grateful for the services provided by Nolan and John. We had a ceiling fan that needed installing on a high, 15ft ceiling.
