We had a hail storm come through and the adjustor from the insurance company came out and I wasn't sure the adjustor was being fair with all the damage that was done. I called home Source and Phil Abello was very nice on the phone. Phil came out and looked at the roof and the rest of the house and showed the adjustor some other damage that was present caused by the storm, which saved me thousands of dollars. Phil's attention to detail on the house work being done made me trust him so much I asked him if he could swap out my sliding door after he was done with the new roof, gutters, and painting the house. Phil did a great job, was very clear with communication on the phone and overall a pleasant person to deal with. I will gladly call him next time I need a project done.

My experience with Phil has always been a pleasure. He is truly a good God fearing man. His work ethic in his business is a deep reflection of his missionary work. If you ever get a chance to inquire about work you’d be blessed. He has always made time to communicate in his very busy schedule. I totally recommend his business and his fellowship.

Phil is a highly professional, talented and honest contractor! He explained the entire process of replacing our roof and made it happen in half a day! We live in a state where the weather is unpredictable and we are often contacted by roofing contractors who are not above board and get taken advantage of. HomeSource did fantastic work on two projects on my home. Changed the pitch on the patio roof to improve drainage and did an excellent job. Another repair was to a three stack chimney which needed complete stucco replacement.
Phil and his team are professional, friendly, and do excellent work. When ever I have work to be done they will be my first call.

Replaced old roof, brought decking of roof up to code. Cleaned up efficiently. Very hard working crew that worked well together. Ready for the cold weather with my beautiful new roof.

Phil and his team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was dead on accurate, responses to queries were turned around lightening fast. Answers were honest, clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the end to end time to complete the work on time from inspection to new roof installation.

We literally got our new roof installed within a week to meet a deadline. We would recommend Phil and his team to anyone in Colorado.

The team at HomeSource was great from start to finish helping me through the insurance process, scheduling, delivery, tearing off and installing my new roof. They took off the old and installed 30+ SQ of class 4 shingles and a new roof system for my house and shed in 1 day. Cleanup was exceptional even tarping over my neighbor’s gravel drive adjacent to me to protect them from nails and coming back the next morning to sweep for nails and trash again. Looks great! DO NOT use Richard Villanueva for any construction or handyman work! He did not pay attention when I told him what we wanted, wrote down incorrect information, did not finish the job, and then expected us to pay for his mistakes. He basically stole $2500 from us. He is dishonest and unreliable. BEWARE!!!!!!

Joe Martinez Sr. Has been more than helpful here at The Lofts At Lincoln Station. He has assisted us in many areas, anything from a light bulb to the roof, Joe has been knowledgeable and very quick to come up with a solution for any problem. He has great communication skills and is a great individual to work with. Joe has been very great. I want to thank you for having Joe here at the Lincoln Lofts. He has been very helpful to our staff. Performed a fire alarm retro fit on a church for Colarelli. Completed project but Colarelli refuses to pay for the work. Will not respond to emails. Absolutely worst GC to perform work for.

They're designs are unique, creative, impressive, with functionality and beauty always in mind. Take a look at their custom home plans. If you don't fall in love with one of the plans there's something wrong with you!

One of my favorite GC's to work with. They are very detail oriented which sets projects up for success. Their passion to serve the community and shape the future of construction is evident in all they do.

We had the privilege of working with Bradley and Innovative Construction over the past month. As a subcontractor, the GC is our primary resource and Innovative Construction provided everything my team needed to succeed. The process was organized and seamless.
