Tom was extremely thorough and efficient! He arrived 20 minutes early, and he was very respectful of the home. His knowledge of homes and repair is extensive, and he spent additional time explaining each part of the inspection and the results as he was completing them. He was also just a genuinely likable and professional person. We received the results of all the tests the next day in an easy to read and access report. I don’t think I’ll ever use anyone else! They had the best price around, were very professional, and I got my report within a few hours of it being completed. The report was very detailed with tons of photos to show my builders warranty team to fix. I would highly recommend this business.

Great inspector, very knowledgeable. Just wish he would’ve added small items like screens with holes in them and fencing issues and other small items that most inspectors would have noted.

Hired Precise Home Inspection for 11 month warranty inspection. Great experience from scheduling to multiple rescheduling on my part due to conflicts. Very responsive and flexible. Hunter, the inspector, was prompt friendly and professional and the inspection was very thorough and uncovered things that were missed on multiple previous inspections by other inspectors. The report was delivered electronically and was very detailed and organized. I especially appreciated all the individual photos of all the nail pops on my roof that I can show my builder.
