I hired Transparent Cleaning after a terrible storm damaged our backyard & greenhouse. Transparent went over & above the call of duty in the huge clean-up project! Highly recommend. 10/10

After reading a great review about your company I decided to give you a try. WOW...where do I start??
I was shocked to see a guy outside PRYING, with a putty knife type thing, trying to get the window screen out. They come out very easily from the inside by lifting up. I could not believe a window company did not know how to take the screens out. So my husband went to the window and realized that the screen was all bent, which now needs to be replaced. I specifically asked when I received my bid if you did screens and tracks, which is equally as important to me as well as the glass. I was assured you did both sides of the screens (I would of been happy to see them do one side) as well as the tracks. I saw no screen cleaning unless slapping at it with a rag once, is considered screen cleaning. I sure wish I would have known this trick when I was professionally cleaning for people, would have saved me a lot of time. NO attempt was even made to clean the tracks at all...FILTHY!! I hope people don’t expect window sills and window ledges cleaned, that was a thought that never even entered into the equation. I now realize why they don’t charge extra for screens and tracks...they don’t clean them and hope you don’t notice! Most places will charge extra for screens which I am fine with as long as they clean them. I hate having to walk around checking everything they are doing and watch em, they diffidently needed to be babysat.

Next, the second guy comes in to tell me he broke a piece of glass yard art...awesome!! This is how things usually go when my husband does the windows, should of just had him do them and saved the money.

I was glad to see the crew leave and was closing window shades when I noticed that the bedroom windows were NEVER even washed. Oh great, I guess I let one room go unsupervised and now I have to go back and do those. Seriously, this crew has no business cleaning on their own without a boss to watch over everything they do. That should not be my job to walk around and watch them like a hawk checking to see if they have done their job.

Very disappointed that what I thought was going to be a job done that I could check off my list, turn into spending my weekend cleaning screens and tracks that I payed 320.00 to have done!!
