Bryce showed up a little ahead of our scheduled meeting, but it wasn't an issue. He was given the rundown on our heater issues, mainly the lack of heat and excessive noise, and he promptly got to work. Bryce spent about half an hour to 45 minutes working on the heater. When he was done, he went over what he had discovered, showed us some pictures, and addressed the issues, particularly securing a few loose bolts. The heater is now operating silently, and we can carry on a conversation without having to raise our voices. He also provided insights on how the heater functions and pointed out potential issues we might face in a couple of years due to the unit's usage.
