These guys did an awesome job of replacing my water heater. So, I thought, why not hire them to replace 5 toilets in our home and do some other small plumbing projects. They came to look at what we had and said they’d send an estimate, but we never heard from them again, even after I called and emailed them multiple time. In the end, we hired another company. It was a nearly $5,000 project and they left that on the table. If you have a small job, they might be able to get it done, but if it takes longer than 2 hours I think they’re just too small.

Pete was my serviceman. He was great. He came out the same morning I called. My heater wasn't working properly and it was cold...so I really wanted someone to come out soon. After trouble shooting several things, based on my description of what was going wrong, he pinpointed the problem, just needed to change the filter...(we had just changed it 2 months ago and it didn't really appear that dirty to me). But, once the filter was changed everything worked again...warm air flowing continuously. He let me know the kind of filters that work best out here (MERV rating of 8, rather than the 10 I had) and told me to change it monthly. He also took the time to educate me on my unit, as I didn't purchase it, I was a new homeowner. Being new to the home and to CO, I appreciated all of the information. I would definitely use Colorado Comfort Heroes again and recommend. Love that they are veteran owned, that is something that I always look for.
