Extremely unprofessional.
The technician was scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM but never showed up. Instead, he came earlier in the morning when I was not home, despite being clearly told I would only be available after 12 PM.
Because of this appointment I had to coordinate with the HOA, obtain permits, and cancel my plans. Multiple people were involved to allow roof access that day.
After all of that, he simply did not return during the scheduled window.
This level of irresponsibility wasted a lot of time and created unnecessary problems.
🛑 If you need someone reliable who respects scheduled appointments, look elsewhere.
