This was my first time using this service, and I’m really glad I called! We had an emergency when our AC suddenly stopped working. I called in the evening, and they said they could come out a bit later at night since they were busy, which I understood with how hot it’s been. About 20 minutes later, they let me know a technician was nearby and could come sooner to help get our air conditioning running again, especially since we have young kids at home. The person on the phone was very friendly and helpful both times I called. Marvin, the technician, was professional, answered all our questions, and got everything fixed in about half an hour. I highly recommend this company for AC repairs!

Our AC stopped working, so I reached out to a technician after a neighbor suggested him. Marvin came over, quickly found out what was wrong, and explained that we could either fix our old 15-year unit or get a new one. We decided to go with a replacement. Marvin also checked our furnace and let us know it might need replacing soon, so we decided to replace that too. They got both units and installed them the very next day, which was a big help for my pregnant wife and me. The price was fair, and Marvin and his team were friendly and professional. I’ll definitely call them again for any AC needs and highly recommend their service.
