we had an issue with our heater blowing out cold air during a really chilly week here in colorado springs. it was so cold that keeping the house comfortable was tough. we had a few technicians from other places come out, but they just said it was normal because of how cold it was outside or claimed our system was too small for our home. i knew our heating system should be working better than that. then raymond from comfortflow heating & cooling came by and right away found what was wrong with our heater. he explained the problem clearly and let us know that a part needed to be ordered. it took a few days to get the part in, but as soon as it arrived, raymond came back and fixed the unit. soon after, we had warm air flowing through the vents, and the house felt comfortable again. the technician was prompt, friendly, and really knew his stuff. i appreciated the professional service and how quickly everything was handled. highly recommend for any ac or heating repair needs in colorado springs!
