My furnace died in the middle of the night, and Ramsey came to look at it at 1:30 in the morning. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, and very kindly lent me a small space heater to use until he could get the part and fix the furnace later that morning. He also returned to fix a wiring issue he noticed at the time with my humidifier at no additional charge saying he considered it part of the same job. I am so very grateful for the quick and quality service!

Ramsey and his team are amazing. I have had so many issues with a boiler another company installed. He trouble shooted issue after issue and it is working well now. Ramsey stuck around when other companies gave up. Thank you!!!!

Update! Still having issues with this system but Ramsey hasn't given up. He has really gone the extra mile(s)! He was able to escalate the issue to the manufacturers local tech. Ramsey 100% knows his stuff but this equipment is just not working as it should so he called in reinforcements. Super smart and we are making progress. And again, he hasn't given up on me like the installation company has. Hard to find people you can count on and trust these days. You can trust this guy. Thank you Ramsey!

Gave me some knowledge to ensure my system was good at my level. I appreciate the fast response and same day service. Highly recommend!

Ramsey's honesty saved me from paying for a replacement I could not afford. He helped fix my AC and furnace when two other companies tried to convince me to replace it immediately and unnecessarily.

Jayden was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took time to explain how my heating system worked. The testing and updates he performed gave me confidence that I was getting great value. I will call again in the Spring to get my AC unit checked and I will use Interstate 25 for future repairs or installations.

This company came to the rescue. The company who did my installation of my furnace did not seal the base of the furnace properly. Two years later come to find out water got into my furnace and ruined my blower motor. The original company said the parts were no longer covered. Called I25 mechanical for a second opinion. They looked it up the parts were still under warranty they charge a fair price for the repair. Then they sealed the unit properly.

I received several estimates to have an old furnace replaced and a new AC system installed for my house. Out of all of them, Ramsey from Interstate 25 Mechanical walked me though the process of work and provided a great amount of options and even better recommendations for my home. Interstate 25 Mechanical also had the best labor warranty which is hugely important to me. On the day of service, his team arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were kind, professional and very efficient. They were done by 5 and I was able to sleep with my new AC on that night. Ramsey came by the next day to inspect the installation himself and make sure everything went well. I will absolutely use this business anytime I have a HVAC need and would recommend it to friends and strangers.

I called them on the coldest day of the year at 11 pm, they were there within an hour to diagnose the seized motor on my furnace. They called as promised by 8:30 am, were back to my house by 10:30 and had my furnace repaired by 1pm. I was very impressed by their professionalism. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Ramsey is the best! His team is very professional and polite. They beat the competition by several thousands-and his work comes with the best warranty around. The team arrived right on time and finished early! His guys made sure to put down blankets on the floor so as not to get the house dirty. Johnny did an amazing job! I had scheduled him for late in the day for general A/C maintenance. He was able to come much earlier in the day after calling me and confirming my availability, which worked great for me. Johnny is personable, knowledgeable, and always will take the time to explain the whats and whys of the situation in an easy way to understand. Johnny even helped diagnosed a separate electrical issue I was having with my outlets that easily saved me a couple of hundred. Use these people!

Ramsey and his team communicated well from the first time we had them out almost 2 years ago and still do. We were told small intermittent repairs would only get us so far, but we’re not pressured to spend big on replacing our unit.

Their assessment of how much longer our current unit had was honest and upfront. We had plenty of time to decide to replace rather than repair. Inevitably, we chose to replace it yesterday and we were pleased with the outcome. As someone that has a close friend in the business in another state, I confirmed their costs were fair and reasonable. I also felt comfortable because when we have had repairs done to the previous unit they have always stood by their work. These guys are professional, friendly and a good value.

Our furnace was not working when we woke up. It had just been serviced by another company this past week. We called them but they don't work on weekends. Interstate 25 has hours listed every day of the week. Ramsey, our technician, told us they have 24/7 service available. Ramsey called and asked if he could come a couple of hours earlier than scheduled, which was great for us. He quickly identified the problem and gave us options, including going back to the previous company to see if the (exact same) repair is under warranty. Since we expect low temperatures in single digits before Monday, we asked Ramsey to replace the (brand new) burned-out igniter. Ramsey was knowledgeable, polite and gave us advice about what to look for concerning our furnace. He was probably only at our house about 30 minutes. We think the price was more than fair. Our furnace is heating again and we're very happy with the service we received from Interstate 25. Although we have used the other company for furnace maintenance and repair for years, we will likely switch to Interstate 25.

This company is great. They were very honest and gave me all of my option to deal with my old furnace. I decided on getting a new furnace. Their price was great and they had it installed the next day. Im very impressed.

Finally decided to get AC for my home and could not be happier with Ramsey and his team. They are friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the various equipment and payment options and walked through the entire installation process. Everyone was always on time and the work was done quickly, by the end of the day the house felt livable again.

As other reviewers said, Ramsey came out personally to inspect everything and made sure we were happy with everything. Even the city inspector who came to check was impressed with the quality of the work and repeatedly said he could tell the people take a lot of pride in there work. I highly recommend Interstate 25 Mechanical to anyone needing AC.

I honestly don’t write reviews. But these guys deserve high praise for the work they recently did on replacing both my AC and furnace. The owner Ramsey is a patient guy when it comes to answering your questions. And his crew were all very cordial and knowledgeable about the installation. The end result was a very well done and clean looking install for both systems. I was really impressed with the level of service they provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Interstate 25 Mechanical is great! Answered my call on a weekend and scheduled a time later then for a technician to come out to help me with my furnace. Anthony was polite, attentive, knowledgeable about my problems and quick to fix! Ramsey's team is great - highly recommend!

Had the best experience. Ramsey was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had went to a different company first and didn't get the help we needed. Wish we would of found this company first. Thankful my neighbor recommended them to me they are super amazing.

Fantastic service! A few minutes after requesting a call last night, Mr. Eaton (Johnny) called me and setup an appointment for this morning. He arrived when he said he would and in no time at all had fixed my heater. Simply amazing. My daughter had used these folks a year or so ago and told me that they were able to do what several other companies said couldn't be done. She was very happy with them then and I am extremely happy with them now. Thank you, Johnny!

UPDATE
Since my A/C and furnace had not been cleaned for over twenty years, I scheduled an appointment from their Web site and requested Johnny. Within a day or so, Johnny was on site as scheduled. He checked and cleaned the unit inside the house and also the condenser that is outside. He verified the refrigerant levels and electrical alone with a bunch of other stuff. This guy/company is amazingly thorough. I am just so grateful to have found Interstate 25 Mechanical and of course a fantastic and trustworthy technician. I have recommended them to both friends and family. Zero complaints as expected. Again, thank you all very much!
