Mike Shirota is amazing!!! Mike came by super fast for an after-hours call when our A/C shut down on one of the hottest weeks of the year! Mike quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part, and was done in no time!! He absolutely saved the day, and we are so thankful to him and Mitchell Heating. I had the pleasure of working with a highly skilled technician Dante Vigil who recently resolved a leak in my furnace. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.Dante took his time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and clearly explained the root cause of the leak, ensuring I understood exactly what went wrong. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, taking great care in addressing the problem and ensuring the furnace was running smoothly again.

What really stood out was his dedication to providing valuable recommendations for maintaining the furnace, offering practical advice on how to avoid future issues. His approach was not just about fixing the current problem, but also about empowering me with the knowledge to take better care of my system moving forward. Been a customer with Mitchell for the past few months, and their employee Chris made a better impression than anyone I can think of to date. I had a friend refer me over to them for a humidifier, but I ended up going with a completely different setup and arraignment then my friend - but felt as if my choice was made based on reason and not pressure. Chris showed up on time, and was immensely polite in all the work he did. He took the time to explain things afterwards, and even patiently answer the pesky homeowner questions.

I will say there were some shortcomings within the administration office with the ladies who did scheduling. But I figure they are busy, and I knew Chris would take care of everything after our initial work he did. We have specifically requested Chris on all jobs in the future, and can honestly recommend him as a HVAC service technician expert.

Bill is a wonderful technician, he’s helped us with AC and furnace repairs/ maintenance and he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly.

Mike came out to service my AC today. Very professional and spent time programming my thermostat. He explained everything and showed me pictures of everything. I cannot say enough good about Mike. Mitchell Heating was sent by my home builder to address HVAC issues that my home inspector identified. Mitchell Heating has been professional from start to finish. There is no lack of communication with this company. Kim (who was she was pleasant to talk to) called a couple days prior to confirm our scheduled appointment. A text message was sent the day before as a reminder of our scheduled appointment and the day of, they sent a text message with a picture of who was coming and that he was on his way. The technician named Jayvon showed up within minutes after the text was sent. Jayvon was all business. (Showed up to the door with materials already on hand. No wasting time!) I do appreciate Jayvon showing me the before and after pictures of the job he did. He had the difficult job of going up into the dark attic to find the vent pipe that needed to be repaired. All he had was a picture to go off of. Well done! Thank You Mitchell Heating!
