He made sure to answer all of our questions and provided a clear and detailed estimate for the job. The equipment was ordered quickly, and they were able to fit us into their schedule much sooner than expected, which was fantastic since our old furnace was struggling in the cold Colorado weather. The installation team arrived right on time in the morning and immediately got to work. More technicians joined later, and by late afternoon, they had removed our old furnace and air conditioner and finished the installation of the new systems. Everything was running smoothly before they left. The crew was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. They were also careful and respectful in our home, making sure to clean up thoroughly both inside and outside after the job was done. my heater stopped working in colorado springs, even though it's over 10 years old. i figured out it needed a new circuit board, so i bought one and called for heater repair help. santiago, the technician, arrived right on schedule, installed the circuit board, and made sure the whole furnace was checked over. he was very professional and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. next time i need any heater work or when i upgrade to a high-efficiency unit, i’ll definitely call this company again.

I really appreciate the service from this company! They handle regular AC maintenance for us in Colorado Springs and have also taken care of a few repairs. Every time we’ve had an issue, they were quick to figure it out and get things working again. Curtis did our most recent tune-up—he was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. Since our air conditioner was pretty old, I asked for an estimate on a replacement. Frank, the manager, came out to help and was also very helpful and knowledgeable.
