AVOID: I purchased a used home in summer of 2024. Over the winter we started having issues with our furnace - mostly just cutting off. I called out an HVAC company to investigate. They discovered that the incorrect diameter of exhaust pipe was installed. 2" pipe was installed and the manufacturer clearly required 3" pipe based on the length of the exhaust run - per the install manual. This manifested with my furnance not being able to push out the exhaust and it would cut off to prevent furnace damage. The HVAC technician recommended I contact the original installer which was A&Z. I called A&Z and spoke to Zahn and he said he would call the HVAC tech I had over and get back to me. Zahn never got back to me. I followed up with phone calls and left messages with A&Z's secretary/scheduluer? on three different occassions over the next couple of weeks. No calls were ever returned. I am now going to have to fork out the cash to get this remedied.

I would avoid this company because in my case they completed a furnace install against the manufacturer's recommendations (incompetence). Whether that was done recently or years ago, the install is not in line with manufacturer's standards. A good company would at least investigate - this one just blew me off. Additionally, their communication skills and willingness to stand behind their work leaves a lot to be desired. In their response to this review, A&Z stated they attempted to call me back. I had no missed calls and no voicemail. I do not believe they actually called back and instead are trying to save face due to my review. A&Z posted their response to this review within 24 hours. If only they could have showed the same commitment to communicating with me that they did to countering this review this 1 star review could have been a 5 star review. Additionally, I spoke with the original technician who discovered the problem. He stated that he spoke with Zahn about the problem but did not agree with what A&Z has posted here about the exhaust not being the problem. From his vantage point the exhaust was the most likely culprit. AVOID A&Z!!!

They installed a new AC unit last summer. When we had to turn it on this spring, it wasn't working right. Tanner came out and found that the original tech didn't install something correctly. He made the repairs completely free of charge and wouldn't even accept a tip for the afternoon he spent getting it working again. Great experience with A & Z, highly recommended.

I tried calling this company twice today (Saturday, October 12, 2019) because our furnace was not working. I called through their Google ad number and Angie's List. Both times it goes to a phone messaging service that says to leave a message, however the mailbox is full and won't take messages! I think this is very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend or use this company in the future.

They were able to come over same day, even earlier than their estimate to fix my heater when it stopped working on a cold and snowy day. Bobby was very friendly and professional.

I never received service after tying up 2 days of my time.. Never got a call explaining why they did not come when scheduled even after I called and then in the later afternoon they did not answer their phone 🤔.. Not good business...so at this time I could not recommended this company..

I scheduled a full duct cleaning and the technicians that came out were not only professional but knowledgeable and friendly as well. I had concerns about my system and they were honest and did not try to upsell my issue. Was resolved for $168.00

Very friendly on the phone and when they come to the house, it's getting the follow though complete. Office lady has told me many times she would call my back.... no call back. I call and its was pass on to Ronny, no call from Ronny. I would call to schedule a time then I would get a call back, that it was schedule already on a different day but was not put in the notes. I did get the phone call from the owner 1 time, when he thought I was not going to pay them.
Wish they talked to each other better.

They went out of business and handed everything to One Source Home Services.

I did the 39 dollar furnace cleaning and inspection and was quoted for a new part that cost over 650 dollars. I got a second opinion and they told me my system is running perfect and I did not need the new part this company quoted me. I’m so glad I got a second opinion!!!

My heat went out on Tuesday during the storm and despite the weather I was taken care of. I'm a single mom and Ronnie made it a simple and easy process ensuring me and my daughter where warm during the snow. The technician was knowledgeable and thorough. They got my heat on the same day! I would reccomend this family owned buisness and Ronnie to anyone needing HVAC services!

The technician, Fred, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was patient with my many questions, breaking down the technical stuff for me so I finally understand how my boiler system works. Great experience, would definitely recommend!

Mountain view comfort staff are great. Fast, courteous, clean and professional. We had our furnace tuned up. We are very happy with the service they provided and information they gave us.
