I hired Pete to replace a chimney rain cap as well as repair the stucco on the side of my chimney. Pete showed up right on time the day of service and immediately noticed that my chimney had a rare kind of stucco used. He took the time to find a distributor that actually carried that exact stucco and reached out to them on my behalf. He was able to match my 1980 something stucco perfectly! The job got done quickly and with great results. I had some roofers over the following year and they were commenting on how great the chimney looked compared to the rest of the roof. That was all Pete and his team! I would highly recommend their services if your lookin for a simple cleaning or have a much more intensive job like I did. Pete was professional, timely/ and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My wife and I are both extremely pleased with our results from Pete.

Peter pointed my chimney on my rental property. He was very fair and reasonable with his pricing. The work was excellent and the day he arrived was the same day he completed the work. Short version: Efficient, effective, courteous and priced right!

Longer version: Pete from Windisch was timely in quoting, scheduling and execution of the tuckpointing (mortar replacement) on our 70 year old chimney. The work performed was top notch, no unneeded work was suggested and he kept the jobsite clean. There will always be a wash down area when you have any concrete/mortar work done, but Pete from Windisch kept it minimal and left the whole site cleaner than he found it! The work is warrantied and the price was right (I got 3 different quotes). Pete was great to explain the full scope of work and answered every question I had both before and after the job. I have already recommended Windisch Chimney to a few friends and relatives in need of his services.

Wonderful job inspecting, diagnosing, and quickly solving the concern with our wood stove. We feel much safer and more confident with the condition/placement of our wood stove thanks to their hard work!

DO NOT USE Windisch Chimney! They talk a good talk but do not know what they're doing when it comes down to the work! We asked for exposed aggregate stairs and they built horrible-looking, unsafe (uneven) stairs that we now need to replace. The attached pictures say it all. They admitted it was so bad that they would give us our money back - I even have it in writing in a text. They gave us a date and time to return the money and then never showed and stopped answering calls or texts. I don't have much hope to get my money back but I'm filing in small claims court.

Peter was great, very responsive and communicative. He also did the job quickly, went the extra mile and the price was super reasonable. I will totally recommend him.

Pete Windisch recently inspected our wood burning stove. The entire experience was awesome. Easy to schedule, on time and very professional. The service was affordable and they offer a Military discount. Pete took the time to go over specific items to pay attention to. I would recommend Pete without reservation.

Peter Windisch puts his name to his company, and that means something. In a business where rip offs and incompetence are prevalent, Peter stands apart from the rest. He is kind, understanding and, above all, competent. In repairing my chimney, he was dealing with a total mess made by an incompetent chimney service, and he was dealing with a traumatized homeowner. He did a fine job, and I'm enjoying my fire place again. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me and respond to every concern I had. I nearly cancelled out and was just going to close off my chimney. I'm very glad I took a chance on this company.

Peter did an amazing job on our 50 year old chimney, replacing the crown, waterproofing the brick, cleaning the flue and firebox, and cleaning up thoroughly after the work.

Pete was awesome! He went above and beyond to repair our chimney, was a good communicator, always on time, great to work with. Even though we called him initially to clean our chimney, upon inspecting it he showed us it didn’t need cleaning at all and didn’t charge us for the visit. He also gave us some great advice on how to effectively operate our fireplace. All around, Pete runs a great business and I’ll call him anytime I need help with my chimney.
