Connor and Zane did a great job getting my gutters spotless. They used a snake on downspouts, installed debris guards, and even got my windows and sidewalks cleaned afterwards before finishing with a soft wash on the house. 10/10 on service, quality, friendliness, and punctuality.

Springs curb appeal is absolutely fantastic. Zane and Connor were both very polite and they were thorough in everything that they did for us. They took their time and not only did they replace our old fireplace with a much more efficient one, they also stuck around to make sure we knew exactly how to get it started and explain all the things to expect. Especially what to expect when we light the first couple of fires because of all of the paint and everything curing inside the firebox. Not only is it a safer fireplace, but it is also a beautiful one. Which we enjoy almost every day now. I absolutely suggest giving these guys a call because they know what they’re doing.

Before closing escrow, our inspection report talked about the chimney issues and recommended future remediations. Deteriorating crown, broken flue tile, old flashing, replacement dampers needed…. We had 2 companies come out recently and they each gave us a report that didn’t match our original inspection report 🤔. Springs Curb Appeal came out and wow, the team were spot on. They gave us several solutions to choose from…not just one or two. They replaced the old style dampers with top mount stainless dampers, a new crown poured on top of the chimney. The crown now has a 1.5" overhang drip edge. Springs Curb Appeal puts the client’s best interest first. This is one honest and hard working crew that we’ve had the pleasure to know. The team’s integrity shows in their craftsmanship and skill set. I will definitely be connecting them with my realtor as well as all of my clients. Thank you for all your hard work 😇

I had signed up for Home Advisors and they contacted me. They were easy and available to come and clean my dry vent. He showed at 845 and left around 1130. He was diligent and made sure nothing was left behind. He ran into a few problems but they were solved with ease. Even found an ipod we had been missing for a year and a half. I hired this company to clean my dryer vent, since I had gotten a new dryer, and wanted to make sure my vents that ran in the wall- outside were clean. The tech showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and I was shocked by how much came out of dryer vent. I will definitely hire this company again and do annual dryer vent cleanings! He even inspected my air ducts with a camera. I’ll be scheduling that clean within the next few months with them.

Kyle knows what is doing - having an HVAC Technician avoiding opening holes in the ducts is unique - all the other companies wanted to open holes in the main ducts - he does not open any - and he inspects with cameras before and after the job is done - honest and resourceful!

We recently used Colorado Duct Doctors to clean our air ducts, returns, and dryer vent. They were amazing and honest!! The tech walked us through the vents and showed us on his camera how we could hold off on cleaning the ducts since they were clean. I was blown away by their honesty! We did have them clean the dryer vent and air returns which needed it! The tech also fixed a mistake in our builder installed furnace and showed us! I have never experienced such honesty with a company. Highly recommend Colorado Duct Doctors!

So glad we went with CDD for our duct and dryer vent cleaning. Kyle was on-time, very personable, answered all of our questions, explained things to us as he went along, and went above and beyond with his service. He also was respectful in little ways (which make a world of difference) such as caring about the noise level for our infant, wearing shoe protectors for the carpets, and asking if we’d like him to move his trailer so as not to disturb the flower beds outside with the long hose. The price we were quoted is exactly what we were invoiced and there were no surprises. I can’t recommend them (especially Kyle!) enough and will absolutely be using them again for future cleaning and maintenance.
