Got a new furnace installed by Rial and the experience was great! Worked with Jeremiah and he was very helpful and easy to work with! He answered all my questions and made sure I was all taken care of. Pricing seemed fair considering I only have a furnace and no AC. The installation process by Jeremiah and his coworker was fairly quick and painless. Brandy helped get my warranty set up as well which was very nice! It’s taken a little while to get use to the two stage furnace but so far no issues. Would recommend Rial again!

Been servicing our facility since we opened in 1988. Great local partnership. Great work. Knowledgeable employees. Great Customer Service. I know that if we have an issue with one of our units they'll be out here day of and have the unit up and running as quickly as possible.

Great service and very friendly technicians. Kevin coordinated everything and stayed in constant touch with me to install our furnace and air conditioner. Gary stayed extra time to make sure we understood our thermostat. The installation went smooth, as well as being affordable. I think Rial Heating & Air Conditioning does a great job!

Ethan came to inspect my Furnance and make sure it is running efficiently and safe. He did a great job and provided a nice detailed report of the condition of my Furnance for a reasonable price.

I just had my furnace serviced by Ethan. He was very friendly and professional. He spent quite a bit of time educating me and answering all my questions, which I very much appreciated.

I was having problems with the house furnace short cycling. HVAC technician Jeremiah, came by, tuned up my furnace and resolved the problem. He was very courteous, professional and got the unit back in operation very quickly. I will call Rial in the future for any HVAC needs.

I have used these guys on a number of occasions for installation, repair and maintenance. They are great, especially Dustin. Came out when they said they would, did it and left. Most recently, we had them install a new HVAC system in our 60 year old 2-story house. Needless to say, the spaces were tight and historically, various rooms had hot and cold spots. They went through the flow and sizing options and we are very pleased with the outcome.

I read some of the older reviews which did not rate Rial as high as I am. Whatever issue there may have been, it appears that they have been resolved. We will use them again!

A neighbor recommended Rial to us. I was suspect as I know they've been around a long time, but I never really knew much about them. Dusty came and did a fantastic job, was very knowledgeable, and obviously puts the customer's needs first! His actions convinced me to call them back again this year, and I requested Dusty again. Jeremiah was our technician as Dusty was on a long term job. Jeremiah was every bit as awesome as Dusty! I had to call Brandi after Jeremiah left because I changed my mind and wanted to have an additional service. Brandi rerouted Jeremiah so that he could come back and accommodate me the very same day. Dusty, Jeremiah, and Brandi are all fantastic and customer service is job #1 at Rial.

Jeremiah called ahead to let me know he was on his way and when to expect him. He was courteous and prompt doing his work. He explained to me all his work when he was finished and said my furnace was in good condition and I should have no problems staying warm this winter. Something else I really appreciated was that he did not try to sell me a new furnace. Other companies that I have used in the past have always tried to talk me into a new furnace. I really appreciated Jeremiah being honest and professional in his work. I would highly recommend Jeremiah and Rial Heating to anyone needing furnace work.
