We had a new furnace installed and we are really happy! Jeremiah was so patient and professional. He answered all my questions, and kept me posted throughout. Jeremiah and the installers were just as good. Clean, friendly, polite and did a really professional job. Past inspection with no issues. We had shopped other companies and prices and are so glad we chose Rial!

Rail Heating and AC, turned my place in to the Gas company as having a cracked plenum putting Carbon monoxide, and being dangerous to the public, it was determined they LIED no such crack or carbon monoxide THIS IS A LESS THAN REPUTABLE COMPANY

If I could give zero stars I would. Kindness goes a long way and it’s not hard to do. Ruth is so extremely rude it’s unreal.

Was more interested in liability then actually helping a family with no heat in 4 degree weather. Just needed a simple part replaced. Said they would only replace the entire inducer module instead of just the wheel. Entire module not available for days, wheel in stock locally and is a factory part. Not sure why wouldn't replace with a factory part that Carrier West has in stock. Despicable ethics and service.

I think you should be talking to whoever was driving this truck at 1259 pm on August 23rd. Almost caused a few accidents in the company truck.
