CCS Facilities is a joy to work with. Their carpet cleaning/porter services are impeccable. My account manager Alex and business development manager Brett are responsive and go above and beyond.

I broke a 14 year contract to get in business with this company. Brett had made appearances throughout the previous year and when I finally decided to listen to what he had to say I realized that I needed to change janitorial services. He mapped out and implemented the change out (14 acre property with several buildings and a museum) and after launch day Alex took over. Alex Garcia has been the most attentive manager I have ever encountered. Constant contact , turn-on-a-dime service changes when needed, and is in general just a great guy and a real professional. Both Brett and Alex have created a situation where I no longer need to worry about the cleanliness of my building and this allows me to focus on my other duties as a facilities manager. I would give 6 stars if there were an option to do so.

They went above and beyond, tackling areas I hadn’t even thought needed cleaning. The floors sparkled, every surface was spotless, and even the hard-to-reach corners were dust-free. What stood out the most was how respectful and courteous the cleaners were — they treated my home with care and left it looking (and smelling) amazing.

Mike was outstanding with aiding me with gaining new client's! Very responsive efficient and professional. They are very knowledgeable about the industry and making my job easier just having to show up to clean without the hassle of finding new clients would recommend to any cleaning company!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple of small spots (like behind the couch and windowsill) were missed, but overall, they did an excellent job. I’ll definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning crew.
