Ed is a genius. He is the best designer in town and carries kitchen lines for all budgets so you are not forced to spend more than you want.

Terrible experience. Ed demanded to be paid-in-full in advance. Once paid, very little communication or advice followed. He said that his only job was to "order parts". Wrong and missing parts were ordered repeatedly. A job that should have taken weeks took months. When asked why he would not come to my home to view my project, he replied, "When the time was right". After receiving payment, I never saw Ed again. The issues, mistakes and lack of customer service is too long to list.

as a sub -contractor ,you always hope to create a working partnership. this owner watches for him only, Out of 6 jobs back to back, not 1 order was complete,every job had return trip due to poor management and ordering.Every customer by the end of first week were wondering why myself or who ever the installer is are the only one they here from once contract is signed. If an installer wants to do his jobs you will be the only customer service. 1 star because he"s still open. For info., I stopped doing work for him.

I tried Designer Kitchens free in home consultation, measurements and 3-D rendering of my new kitchen. Honestly it was awesome. I loved seeing my new remodeled kitchen in 3-D color and visualizing me cooking and entertaining in it. Highly recommend for anyone researching new kitchen designs for their home give this service a try.

Krissy was great to work with. She had excellent input on the design of our kitchen and bathrooms. She is responsive and follows up promptly when an issue comes up with suppliers.

Very unprofessional business. They sent a installation crew that did not know what they were doing ... Owner refuse to correct it . We had to remove ever cabinet and had to pay double to another company to reinstall every cabinet. Some were damaged from the installation from the crew that the sent to us . The designer we worked with ( Dick) became very rude to us after we paid for cabinets and did not make anything right and he was the one who sent these guys to instal, the cabinets . They installed cabinets upside down and devider wall backwards . Dick and the owner refused to make right what they where responsible for. I went to business to talk to owner and he hid in his office and refused to talk to me ...Use these people at you own risk ... Civil action against them is my only recourse ...

We have loved working with Ed and Jill at Designer Kitchens and highly recommend them! My husband is a builder in Teller County and always sends his clients to Ed. Their prices are comparable with Home Depot and Lowes, and you get excellent, personalized service.

We popped into Designer Kitchens showroom on the corner of 8th St and Cimarron St to check out their custom made cabinets. We were impressed so we signed up for the free in-home kitchen design service. Two interior design kitchen designer specialist came to our home and measured the kitchen and brain stormed ideas with us. It was an enlightening and fun experience. About a week later they presented us with a computer generated 3-d rendering of a beautiful kitchen design. We were able to make modification to the design and then select cabinet styles, wood, cabinet hardware and appliances. The quote was very reasonably priced and we will definitely hire Designer Kitchens to build and install the custom made cabinets when we are ready. Highly recommend you check them out and get the free in home measurements and price estimate.

Terrble customer service. Was promised cabinets delivered to my home in 5 weeks, but took them 11. Designer Kitchens was supposed to install cabinets as well. However, when I asked them when their team of professionals would be out to install, they told me they hadn't found anyone to install them yet...mind you, this is 3 months after the order was finalized. I have since been laboring for 3 weeks to find someone to install them. Designer Kitchens, meanwhile, has made no effort to find a contractor for installation.

Believe me when I say, this company just wants your money, and will then throw you to the curb. Avoid at all costs.

Ed has been really great to work with. So far we have completed 3 bathrooms with him, and are looking forward to doing our kitchen soon. He is super knowledgeable about the products he has available and has been able to give us guidance regarding design options. Their showroom is a great place to get additional ideas and see samples.

Two years ago my wife and I worked with designer kitchens and Ed and Jill came up with a fantastic plan that we love. They also lined us up with the best demo and installer Bruce. Their attention to detail and recommendations in the finest appliances and materials are superb. They provided a transforming experience.

I worked with Jill Cameron of Designer Kitchens over several months and am quite pleased with the customer service she provided.

I initially saw Jill in October 2013 and told her we'd be renovating our kitchen in the summer of 2014. During the months that followed, Jill worked on creating a design plan that worked with our needs - by removing a desk area and giving us a larger pantry, turning and redesigning the shape and size of the island and working with the problem of existing furniture in the attached family room. I appreciated Jill's time in providing several options and giving me opinions on what would work in the space, and what wouldn't. She answered every question I had and provided suggestions for some things I hadn't considered. I did ask questions she wasn't able to answer, and she always admitted she didn't know the answer, but would get back to me - she would do so within a few days.

I appreciated Jill's follow-up on several items and her taking the time to explain her decisions about things when we did experience one install problem. She even personally came to the house, after the installation, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

The first step was finding a cabinetry company that had the color and style we wanted. This was a time-consuming process, but wasn't impossible. We finally found a door color by Koch and Company that met our needs for the white glazing on the outer perimeter. The darker island cabinetry was a different story... The first sample sent by Koch wasn't the right color; the second matched perfectly.

We haven't had the Koch cabinetry for very long, but now I can say that I absolutely love it! They appear to be very well made and I love the adjustable hinges, as well as the soft glide drawers and the "no pole" Lazy Susan.

We used Krissy for our kitchen design and she was wonderful. She helped us design our kitchen from scratch, which included knocking multiple walls down, installing floors, cabinets, countertops, new appliances, amongst other things. Krissy was always responsive, helped us troubleshoot things, and always had good ideas. Everyone who sees our kitchen asks who we worked with and we recommend Krissy every time.

My wife and I were looking for someone who could bring vision to our ideas and help create a very practical kitchen space while maintaining the rustic decorum of our log home. As DIY homeowners, we were also looking for someone who would be willing to coach us through our first ever kitchen remodel project. Ed and Jill not only came up with a great design (my wife comments all the time about how well the new kitchen layout flows), but they were extremely helpful in coaching us through the process of our complete remodel which included the relocation of walls, electrical, plumbing and the addition of an island. Ed found a cabinet maker who could build cabinets out of reclaimed barn wood that would match a picture we gave him of what we were hoping for in cabinetry. The cabinets turned out exactly like the ones in the picture we gave him. He also encouraged us to put in a distressed hickory floor that would accent the cabinets. Wow! We couldn't be happier with the final product. Our friends and neighbors often comment on how much they love our new kitchen. We found the staff at Designer Kitchens to be attentive, friendly and very helpful.
