After explicitly discussing the type of service expected, Fisk failed to complete any pruning of shrubs, bushes, or hedges. Flower beds were not weeded
Sprinkler system was not setup/serviced to support proper growth and coverage in flower beds
Flowers installed were not the flowers agreed to when the team had a sitdown with Jacob, Rick, and Philip
Concrete color and texture is not correct according to what was agreed to. There was no sample concrete viewing prior to pour, which is their standard process

Working with Fisk Landscapes was a comfortable experience as they take the time to fully understand a SHARED vision between customer and business provider. As an owner of a new home build with a lot of exposed raw areas and drainage, Fisk Landscapes built a beautiful rock swale that now moves clean water and prevents erosion as well as a beautiful sod and sprinkler installment where they take the time and care to properly grade and prepare the area before installment. Lastly, Fisk Landscapes understands that visions take time and can change, therefore they do not try and sell you on other work. They simply want to earn your future business based on the work at hand and they certainly have earned mine.
