Superior Systems

They gave us a fixed price.. came out and did the main job which was In the sprinkler box.. Then they couldn’t finish the job they started that day. so I was asked to schedule for them to come out again. and they not only charged me $100 extra from the first visit but charge me extra to finish the job They never finish the first time. then I find out they never even finish the job because my sprinkler system never goes off. It won’t work and they wanna charge me again to come out to fix The problem they created by Miss wiring the communication with the control box that’s in the house so my son and I went to program the box and discovered What’s next
that my zone one and two for 20 years used to be in the front and now my zone one and two is in the back Not a big deal right but they didn’t tell us what they did so they have lack of communication to their customers and for two days they sprinkler system didn’t go off and I thought it was in working condition so all this money $950 later the system was not running. what’s wrong with this picture
Then they had the audacity to tell me I don’t know what I’m speaking about. I don’t know anything about sprinkler systems but yet my husband and I are the ones that put the system in 20 yrs.ago
I’m sick and not well from a car accident I was in and I feel they took advantage of me by making me think I don’t know what’s going on..not ok
I do not recommend this company to anybody. And to top it all off the sprinkler system in the back I was supposed to schedule for them to come finish incorrect and fix broken pipes back there and this is another reason why I’m upset because they made my zone one be in the section where those broken pipes are and that was the only zone that was running so to me it shows they purposely did that to allow the sprinkler system to go off and so when the water stops all the dirt sucks in with the water which Creates the line to be clogged …. I’m heartbroken. I’m disappointed just went through a divorce on top of it. I had a husband who I depended on to take care of his family and now I don’t have that no more And I was trusting in this company to do right by our family.. And hoping we could be part of their family if they took care of u. They didn’t want to make it right. Their customer service was horrible. I never argued. I never raised my voice. I just asked questions and why and all they said is we gave you a good deal we gave you a good deal. OK great but finish the job and do it correctly.. Why are you Charging me again and again for a job your technician never even finished but lied on document saying he did? not a good worthy company and they say their family oriented no, they’re not
