Paul does excellent work and is very knowledgeable regarding all phases of plumbing. He is fully licensed and insured. He's not the fastest guy out there but you can feel confident that when he's done a job it's been done right.

On November 2, 2021 Paul the plumber came to my home to assess a water issue: well, tankless water heater, etc. He estimated the cost of this repair was around $1,250.00. Then the day before the job he called me and told me the cost is $1,800.00. I asked for a receipt, something anyone would ask for. I should not have needed to make so many requests for a proper invoice to include email from manufacturer for the same information I already requested simply to register the parts installed for warranty. It was improper, vindictive, retaliatory, and unprofessional. And I'm still having same water problems. Now I don't believe the parts he installed were even necessary. Never call this plumber.
