First time homeowners and we needed last minute plumbing for a few issues that we thought would be fixed by someone else before move in. Within 72 hours of contacting Nate, he came to give an estimate and fixed our issues the day we moved in. It was great having hot water, no leaking pipes and no sinks that were backed up our first night in our new home! He was Very professional and explained the services and needs very well. He even saw my failed DIY attempt to replace a bathtub drain hardware and finished the job for me! Also after the fact I noticed he tightened a toilet seat that I forgot to finish so thank you for that! Even with our urgency he didn’t take advantage of that and didn’t press when we turned down a few of his recommendations. While I hope it’s no time soon, I will definitely call Nate the next time I have plumbing issues.

When the pipes in my walls started rattling/vibrating after every flush, I googled and tried some DIYs, including the valves in the flush tank, but when that didn’t help, I contacted Nate.
He was on-site the same week and informed me that the pressure regulating valve at the main line needed replacement.
He was there the following day and replaced the valve in 30 minutes.
The issue was resolved and I can’t be more relieved.Courteous service and good prices.
Glad to have found a local and reliable plumber for my home.
