Rampart Supply

Had to purchase replacement valves for our tub and was told to go to Rampart Supply... the visit started off on the wrong foot because when I asked a technical question about the type of valve needed the sales women told us to go to the other end of the store. We were helped by Lawrence who confirmed we needed to return back to the show room and that a sales associate would be able to pair the valve we needed with the cosmetic look... we returned back to the show room and was meet by Katy Temple who not only understood the valve needs but was able to help us locate the cosmetic look my wife wanted. Katy also took the time to educate us on the various product features and showed us a few things we had not even considered... Due to Lawrence and Katy's service we will return back when we replace the toilets and remodel the second and third bathrooms. I would highly recommend this location over lowes or home dept.

I have to say this was one of my most enjoyable customer experiences in a long time. Steve and Wayne (and the entire crew) completely listened, ask clarifying questions, and provided a solution. Thanks for your help, and restoring some of my faith that customer service still matters.

Wonderful experience. They had the parts we needed and for a good price. Donovan was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back if we need anything else for heating and plumbing. Thanks!
