Thank you for quick trip out on weekend to fix a leak which had us without water to house. One of few places willing to come out before next week and very reasonable pricing for a quick visit. Thank you again Monte, saved our party for the fight!

Monte was one of the few people open on Saturday and about the only one to call me back very quickly. Little leak but needed my water off which wouldn't of been fun for me and family all weekend long especially with a big event happening for us Saturday. Had me patched up in 10 minutes and charged me a fair low amount for the work performed and the trip out on a busy weekend. Showed up on time and very professional. Will have him on speed dial for future. Thank you

Great place yo get your fire extinguishers updated and repaired.

This guy had my bike for 6+ months.....made a million excuses why he couldn't get it done. At one point he told me he broke his arm. Then he said that he was having a hard time getting the part in. Finally he told me he couldn't do it and that I had to come get my bike. Never even touched my bike. Ordered the part that day and recieved it three days later.....this guy operates out of his own garage and is not to be trusted with your machines.

So glad to discover Timothy Hernandez, Koala Water Heaters. He was very responsive and had much more reasonable prices. He had a hiccup because the heater he received to install was defective. He worked late to find and install a different brand to ensure we had a working water heater that night, while compensating for the extra bother. Highly recommend.

Tim is incredibly responsive and professional. My water heater broke and same day he was able to install a new one. He was helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. Rating him anything less than a 5 star would be a disservice to him and the business. Highly recommended!
