Terrible company. They scammed my father (who has dementia) out of a large amount of money and broke his water heater. When I called to speak to a manager the person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. I finally talked to "amy" (apparently a manager) who was even more rude to me and had zero personal skills. I will never do business with this company again.
