Exceptional I've had a lot of carpet cleaning over the years this one was the best!!!

Chris arrived on time and did an excellent job!! He was thorough with all aspects of job, communicated how he was going to navigate the job at hand, kept me informed of progress and provided me the opportunity to ask questions and inspect the work upon completion. He did a wonderful job taking care of our couches, area rugs and carpets. The CDR machine he used transformed the carpets and took them to a new level of clean! We've been using Hydro Clean for years and based on their continued commitment to excellence, we will continue to use them in the future!

Edit 7/24/2024 for response to owner: There should be no surprise to this review. Unfortunately, when we conversed by phone and e-mail in December, you were too unapologetic to provide a satisfactory resolution. I've learned from my mistake, and I hope you seek growth from your mishandling of your former client. Thank you.

We briefly rented a home and had our choice in who to take care of our carpets at move-out. We heard great reviews on Hydro Clean so we opted for their service. They did a black-light test and asked if we wanted to pay $1000 in additional services as they detected a prior animal in the home. This would be in addition to a $550 clean. We did not have an animal, lived here less than a year, and declined the service since it wasn't our matter. No big deal - except that in attempting to be "friendly", they creepily obtained our property manager name through small talk and then attempted to create massive drama in an effort to place pressure on us to pay for this overpriced service. It certainly did cause drama, as our property manager was in transition of being bought out and had to find old records and noted that we in fact, did not have a dog. We weren't liable for any additional service, obviously. The administrator tried to say they wanted to "keep a good name" with property managers, but ultimately they were just hoping to scam me, their CLIENT, out of $1000. I didn't have to choose them, and had I know what kind of sleazy drama they would attempt just to squeeze out more dollars, I would have never picked them to be a client of. Their ad recently popped up and when it brought back my frustration again, I knew it was time to finally leave a review. They charged for a "5 hour job", they were there for only 2. This was for a 4400 sq ft home clean. There was nothing special about the end result. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth for how they run their business.

I was so impressed with how clean they got my carpet!! I had them clean an office I was moving out of. As a massage therapist who uses a lot of oil, the carpet was a disaster. They got every stain and blemish removed. It looks brand new!! Thank you so much!!

These 2 guys were efficient, deliberate and hard working. They moved all the furniture, and put pads underneath after cleaning. The carpet 2 days later still looks great.

They also have done upholstery cleaning for me and do amazing work! I recently was diagnosed with Cancer and he reached out to me to offer to help me clean my carpets since my immune system has been compromised. He’s extremely kind, and his Tech, Gino, is friendly, kind, and takes his time in doing a thorough clean. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that does a great job!!

My house always smells great & multiple dog “spots” often need to be removed! I highly recommend them especially for my Realtor friends out there that are needing a good referral source for their clients.

Great experience! It was so easy to get an estimate and schedule the carpet cleaning service. Our cleaner, Chris, communicated when he was on his way and was even able to come early which was great! He was extremely professional, walked us through what the process would be, patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions, and worked efficiently. The price was exactly as quoted and I would highly recommend Hydro Clean (and Chris)!

Luis recently cleaned my carpet, and I am impressed with the service. He was knowledgeable in answering my many questions. My carpet looks and smells fantastic. Wouldn't know we have three pets! I will definitely contact this business again for our carpet cleaning.

Juan was so professional and thorough when he came to my home. My carpets look so much better and he did a great job. He even remember me when he came back for repeat service. Friendly and professional were all interactions.

I had Aaron and Luis come do my carpets today and they did a wonderful job!!! My youngest had gotten green and blue slime in the carpet that had dried. I had tried to get it out myself to no avail and they got both spots, among others, out! We have four kids and three pets and I am so impressed with the job they did. We paid the extra for a deeper clean of our stairs and it was worth it. I don’t think our carpets from 2002 when our rental was built have ever been this color since we moved in back in 2021. Thanks Hydro Clean for having great employees who did a fantastic job!!! I will definitely call again!

Hydro Clean has been cleaning my carpets for several years now. This time I booked the appointment for while we were out of town. I got a call from the tech saying that the rooms were bigger than expected (which is weird, since it's the same house and those rooms haven't gotten any bigger) and he needed to update the quote. Our cleaning usually costs about $500, but he updated it to over $1,000! I told him he would need to pack up as I'm not paying that amount. He called back and said he had gotten it down for a one time exception to $750, which was what we paid the last time. I informed him that last time we also had all the tile cleaned and asked if this priced included the tile, which it didn't, so I told him to head out and we will get someone else. I got a different company who did a great job for $350. I understand that costs go up, but to DOUBLE to price in 6 months is crazy. If they had stayed at $500, We would continue using them for the foreseeable future, but I'm not paying over a GRAND for carpet cleaning every six months. Shop around and find a company that's not price gouging.

I highly recommend Hydro-Clean to anyone who needs top notch carpet services at an unbeatable price. My technician, Gino, did an incredible job with my heavily soiled and pet stained carpets. Not only did he leave everything looking like new, but he took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done, what he would recommend, and what the total charges would be upfront! Hands down the best experience I've had with a carpet cleaner in years!

Did not choose this company, was chosen by third party, but I can see why based on their reviews. I unfortunately disagree, for the most part. I'm not giving a 1 star only because the second crew that came out to redo the cleaning was amazing and very professional. The first crew that cleaned the carpet, not so much. The difference between the first cleaning and the second one is the basis for my complaint. When I left a message with the vice president of my displeasure with the first crew, I left a message stating just that, that I was displeased with the first crew. When he returned my call, he acted like he didn't even listen to my message. When I asked if he had listened to my message, he then began his explanation. In my opinion, he was giving a lot of excuses. It felt insincere. He said that they did a different procedure on the second visit and the first crew would have done the same procedure had they been there on the second visit as well. It was so bad after the first time, they should have done the second procedure before they left.

I cannot say enough great things about Gino and this company. They arrive on time with great prices. Gino is always so helpful, agreeable and knowable about all of their services. I even added on additional things while he’s here because the cleaning is so amazing and he is able and willing to do it so effortlessly and effectively. We will use them for all our cleaning needs. Hydro Clean was great from the beginning. They reached out within minutes of me submitting a request for an estimate and were able to schedule me quickly. Luis was great on the day of service, he was prompt and there right when he said he'd be. He walked me through everything and asked several times if I had any questions. He completed the job very quickly and updated me when he was done. He even locked up for me so I could leave which was a huge help since I had a new baby and didn't want to be stuck in an empty apartment taking care of him. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them if asked!

Terrible company. Do not trust them with your carpet. They came and cleaned twice after both times there was still visible loose dirt on top of the carpet. Absolutely no stains were removed. You are better off renting your own and doing it yourself. They likely don’t even clean and just charge you money. Go with someone else.

Chris I. came out and did a great job on the family home, very professional and polite. We’ve used Hydro/EE multiple times in the past and as always the scheduling & invoicing side was easy to deal with, would recommend this company to anyone!

We needed our carpets cleaned (pet issue) immediately (right before Christmas). The quote we received for services met our expectations. Tech (Aaron) arrived timely and his work left all our carpets looking like new, with no odors! Aaron was professional, very personable, polite and respectful!
