Great quality and great service! They showed up to clean our carpets right on time. Before starting, they looked over our whole carpet to see if there were any areas that would need special attention. When done, our carpet looked like new, even the high traffic areas. Will definitely be calling Ryan again. I was very impressed with their genuine concern for the quality of their work and attention to detail.

I have had my carpets cleaned by EE three times now. Their employees are always respectful of myself and my home. They enter wearing clean booties and do a thorough inspection of my carpets before starting. They even remember my problem areas from prior visits. My carpets always look great after cleaning and I appreciate the follow-up calls from their office to make sure I am satisfied. Highly recommended.

After being flaked on by another cleaning company 30 minutes prior to my appointment and calling to EVERY single carpet cleaning service in the Springs area,I was referred to EE cleaning and the wonderful saint that is Ryan. I absolutely needed to have my apartment cleaned within 24 hours and Ryan not only saved the day by getting me an early morning appointment the next day but helped me with a great deal on the price as well. A very kind young man met with us (on a Saturday morning no less) and within the hour was completely finished doing an AMAZING job. I cannot stress enough what life savers EE Cleaning have been and I absolutely wholeheartedly recommend them for all of your carpet cleaning needs! Thank you all again!

If you want to hire a company who you can have complete confidence in, hire EE Cleaning. They are a Professional company with a capital “P”. I would strongly recommend them for Cleaning and Restoration. Our experience is as follows:

Our water heater broke and flooded our finished, carpeted basement. The water seeped through the walls into closets, the hallway, and the basement bedroom. It was a sopping wet disaster. We hired EE Cleaning to come and remove the water and dry out the basement. They went to work immediately and ensured that there was no residual moisture. They then came back to repair what needed repair and finally clean everything like new.

The owner Ryan is a Type A, take-care-of-business, kind of guy; The kind of person you want in charge of your project. Although he doesn’t do the actual labor, he is “hands-on” in the sense that he inspects every detail himself and will communicate with you directly. The 3 employees who I met were very cordial, professional, communicated well, and made me feel comfortable considering the circumstances.

EE Cleaning leaves no stone unturned. It’s hard to imagine a company who could perform better. Highly Recommended.

I have nothing but good things to say about EE Cleaning. From the moment they took my call to the actual cleaning of my carpet all professionalism. Odie the one that clean my carpet did a phenomenal job I had some pet stains and I thought for sure wouldn't be able to come out, but he got every single one out. My carpet looks brand new and smells good too. I will definitely have them clean my carpet in the future, and would recommend this company to anyone who wants to get their carpet cleaned.

EE Cleaning is extremely professional, thorough, and reliable. My husband and I are time and time again blown away with the amazing results they provide. I'm very particular with how my home is cleaned, and their residential cleaning is impeccable. With 3 large dogs our carpets are always looking destroyed, but after getting our carpets cleaned with EEC they look brand new and leave my home smelling fresh and so clean. I can't recommend them more!

Just had my basement carpets cleaned and they did an excellent job! After 4 years of kids and pets they needed it and now they smell and look fantastic. Very professional and friendly carpet technician and their office staff is great with communication to the customer.

Update 11/21/2019: EECleaning came and did a full house deep clean a couple of days ago and I could not be more pleased with their work. My house has never looked better! The crew that came was friendly and professional and had great attention to detail.

Ryan and his staff are courteous, friendly, and very professional. I was absolutely impressed at the quality and depth of cleaning done in my home when we utilized their services. It feels so relaxing to come home to a clean place. With three kids in our home we needed some intense cleaning done on couch cushions. They looked like new once cleaned! I will definitely be using their services again!

EE Cleaning did an amazing job on my carpets. I have a messy dog, but you’d never know since my carpets are now spotless! It’s hard to find a company who can clean well and make you feel comfortable having them in your home. The staff were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. True professionals. My hunt for a good carpet cleaner is over... got these guys on speed dial.

I would like to thank Aspen. She was so helpful and responsive when getting the restoration team out to my property for an emergency water extraction. If I could give zero stars I would. I had a less than desirable experience with this company. For me, trust is tantamount to any relationship. In my experience, this company is a walking vignette of unethical behavior and business practices. Fyxon restoration, assisted me when we had a water damage issue in our basement in November. While the workers were courteous, I experienced significant challenges with the leadership of this organization, from the project manager to the "president" of the company. This company assisted me with a physical restoration project during an emergency situation during the holiday season. Fyxon, also known as EE Cleaning, contacted me on my cell phone the night of the emergency. The representative addressed himself as the president stating his phone call was "not a sales call" but strongly recommended we work with his company for the rebuild through our insurance company. I did not commit as I wanted to weigh my options. As I worked through my insurance company to make a choice on the best way forward, I received pressure and threatening emails from Fyxon on payment options for the work completed over the holidays. I was told by the project manager and president of Fyxon that everything would be coordinated through Fyxon, directly to the insurance company. From my experience, not the case. Fyxon then sent me a quote for approximately $6,000 when I told them I was considering not filing a claim through my insurance company, citing they were giving me a "military discount." When I asked the project manager if he sent the same quote to the insurance company, I received no response. I chose to file, and once I did the bill dropped by approximately $1,100. Bottom line, I do not share the same values as this company. As a former military officer who served for over 21 years, with multiple combat deployments, I do not endorse this company due to a lack of leadership and questionable ethics. In my experience, this company lacks values and conducts unethical business practices. I would steer as far away as possible from this company. I would write a review on the better business bureau site, but guess what....they are not listed. Of note, a Vantage homes employee recommended this company to our family, which in itself is another ethical dilemma.

We hired EE after our house had water damage. Luis was amazing and made a terrible situation manageable. He was very prompt and professional. I would use EE every chance I get going forward… as long as I was guaranteed to get Luis!

Amber and Austin were awesome. Contacted EE cleaning to get water leak damage checked out and had the privilege of dealing with these two. Both Amber and Austin provided excellent customer service and handled my issue with great care. Will return for future business as needed.

I moved into a town home recently and the previous tenants had the carpets cleaned, but when I moved in there was still pet odor and multiple stains in one of my rooms. A technician named Austin came to my home and eliminated all of the odor, and stains which had my carpets looking brand new. Setting up the appointment was extremely easy and when Austin showed up he was very friendly and professional. I will be using EE cleaning from here on out.

This company is exceptional. That’s really the only way to describe it. My toilet backed up at 300:am on a Saturday. I expected to wait till Monday morning to hear back, and have to largely deal with the problem myself. But Sergio and Steven were on the scene within an hour cleaning things up. It didn’t end there. I spoke to Finnian every day to set up appointments and give me updates. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed and things went by in record speed. If you have any kind of water or sewage emergency call EE for service beyond reproach.

EE Cleaning did an amazing job on cleaning my house before the delivery of my baby. The ladies that came over were kind and thoughtful and made sure to ask my preferences before they started cleaning. I work from home and they worked around me and were very polite. The little details of cleaning that I didn't expect were nice touches. If you are looking for a quality cleaning and friendly service, this is superior. The couple that owns the business are great people and they want to be sure you are happy with the service you receive.

EE Cleaning is incredibly professional! Came home from work one Friday evening to find my upstairs toilet had been overflowing all day! Water was pouring out of the light fixture above my front door with obvious water damage to my ceiling. I called EE Cleaning and was instructed to turn off the power and shut off the water behind the toilet. Within 45 minutes they were at my front door, at 8pm on a Friday night! They got right to work and made a extremely stressful situation very manageable. They cleaned and dried everything. Completely got all the moisture out of the drywall to so there isn't a risk of mold later on. The communication from the team was impeccable! Thank you Christian and Ark for your fantastic customer service!

We had a roommate move out recently who owns an elderly cat. Cats can be very stinky as we all know. While calling local businesses this one really stuck out because Fin gave me free advice on how to help minimize the smell myself - wipe down the baseboards with hydrogen peroxide. They were a little more money than some of the other quotes I got but I had more confidence in them from the simple conversation I had with the person who answered the phone. They came and cleaned once (this was after my roommate already did the carpet twice with a rented rug doctor and pet odor products), but the smell was back after a day or two. They returned and sprayed the carpet again with a microbial product and raked it into the carpet - no questions asked and no extra charge. They have also checked back on our satisfaction and told us not to hesitate to reach back out if that didn’t do it. Very happy with the service and customer service. Will recommend to others!

Started out wonderful - replacing the floors, they found mold and flooring company made arrangements with EE cleaning to take care of it. Aaron came out, I had an estimate that afternoon and they were at my place 2 days later. The remediation required them to remove some drywall (this was expected) and I was told they would be back to finish the job the next day. it's been more than a week and multiple calls, multiple promises to deal with it but, as of today, nothing. It's like they are surprised I would want the drywall to be put back the way it was - I don't even want it painted, just put back on.

Update: After posting my review, I heard from Ryan, the CEO, and we discussed the communication issue. Apparently certified drywall install is separate from the service provided and they didn't have anyone who was available to come out and fix it for 30 - 45 days. I was able to find someone to come out over the weekend prior to the extreme weather we were expecting and I am happy to say neither the pipes nor my family froze.

I think Ryan and his team have a better understanding of the communication lapse, I have a better understanding of their services and we are both feeling comfortable with the result. I am raising the stars to 4 based on Ryan's efforts and follow through. They really want their customers to be happy and will go the extra mile to ensure it.
