Rocky Mountain was on time, excellent job. We have hired other company’s to do the spring aeration and we were amazed this time how thorough it was completed. Most company’s run through the job quickly with no concern of getting it done right or clean up. We highly recommend Rocky Mountain Lawn Care and certainly will hire them again for any or all jobs concerning our yard.

Luis communicates with you easily by text & we really like this. He does exactly what you want done &, if you have said there are things you do not want done, he never does them. That is exceptional. His equipment is also in excellent shape & quality. He seems very well organized also. He will give you advice on any problem you may be having with the yard & its care.

We used Rocky Mountain Lawn Care to have our yard aerated and I would absolutely use them again. They were quick getting me a quote and they were super affordable compared to other places I called. Their work was quick and done well. My only critique is I wish their communication had been better. I was told when I first booked with them that I would receive a text message the day before reminding me of my appt and that any sprinklers in the middle of the lawn should be marked. However, I did not receive a text message the day before. I went ahead and flagged my sprinklers anyways. I did receive a text message the morning of at 9:20am. It said I should flag the sprinklers, which they had already told me at booking, but it also said for best results I should water my lawn. I hadn't known that and luckily my husband works from home and was able to do that, but many people would have been at work by the time they received that message. They also gave me no time range for when they would be arriving to aerate. I texted the phone number back mid-day if they could give me a time range, which they very quickly did. Overall, I was very happy with their work and price, and would recommend them. I just wish I had received a text message the day prior along with a time range when they would be arriving.

Rocky Mountain Lawn Care did a great job with the service on my lawn, which included aeration and fertilization. They were prompt, professional, friendly, and thorough. Communication was also excellent. This is my second year using them and I'll continue using them in the future!
