My windows are so sparkling clean, I booked Scott for another service 6 months from now and the price is so reasonable, I am getting him to do my neighbor’s windows as well. This was an excellent service. Highly recommend!

Owner Scott and his Vertical Window Cleaning crew came out and did an amazing job doing what I haven’t had the time to do (or even really wanted to do) myself and wow, what a difference!

Although we have a small townhome, Scott and his crew made me feel comfortable and treated my home as a mansion! They even placed special booties before coming inside as to not track in dirt and took care with my belongings, making sure to place things back as they were.

I don’t think my windows, screens and tracks have ever looked this good! I’ll definitely be calling them back when the time comes and referring them to all my neighbors!

The results were more than satisfactory. Scott and Josh did a great job and we are now scheduled to have them do regular window cleaning throughout the year.
The tracks and screens were also cleaned. Prices are reasonable and the service was done in a timely manner.

I had tried asking another company to clean my gutters but they're communication skills were non existent. I felt like burden. So I randomly picked Vertical window cleaning. I am so glad that I did!! They were super friendly and actually communicated to me and gave me reminders. I live in an older home. I like that they gave me suggestions for the future, but they didn't push me to buy anything now. They did a great job!!! I will call them from now on.

Scott and his buddy were super friendly and professional. I got the full package (interior and exterior window cleaning, track cleaning, and screen scrubbing). They also included washing my front screen door/window. They did a great job and let me know some minor things afterwards. One even helped guide where to pint as we were painting a very tall wall!

I had an exceptional experience with services provided by Vertical Window Cleaning. From start to finish, their team displayed professionalism and attention to detail. My 2 story house has a bazillion windows that are now all sparkling clean, and I'm impressed by how thorough their work was. Additionally, my home has a sizeable solar array, where pigeons were living and creating a big mess. Vertical Window cleaned AND placed Pest Guard around the panels to keep the pigeons out. I appreciate their promptness and courteous communication throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of top-notch window cleaning services.

They gave me a quote via pictures I texted them, showed up the day and time promised, and went above and beyond to make sure they got everything exactly the way we wanted. They were honest and courteous and worked hard. Windows and screens looked great. Highly recommend.

Scott did a wonderful job! I definitely will use him again. I received a reminder the day before my appt and the morning of he sent me a text letting me know he was on his way and gave my an eta. I really enjoyed the commitment to quality, the professionalism, and the outstanding view from my windows when the job was complete. Scott, the owner, treated me with kindness. He addressed some damage screens I had and came back very quickly to reinstall the new screens. Scott took time to walk around with me and inspect every window. I will have them back to my home again!

I was told my windows had leaks and were not cleanable. This company came out cleaned them and was able to restore them! Very professional. Professional equipment, products and a great team of guys. I will use them spring and fall from now on. Forgot to mention they cleaned around 2 parrts, a bunny and a 7 month old German shepherd pup. I highly recommend this company. Scott and his guys are great!

Scott and his team did an amazing job cleaning our windows in a 2 story home that is over 100 years old! They were so organized and timely, not to mention professional and knowledgeable. Vertical did a great job at a fair price. They were very polite and very respectful of my property wearing shoe covers while inside my home. They also repaired my damaged screens which saved me taking them in for repair.

We had never cleaned our exterior windows in the 16 years of living in our townhome. We reached out to Vertical Window Cleaning (we saw their truck with their logo and information) and set up an appointment to come do our exterior and interior windows. Scott was very professional and did such an awesome job! He also did our neighbors the same day and she was so pleased as well! Our windows are so clean and clear now! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service!

Scott and team were recommended to us by our neighbors, and we will for sure be recommending them to others. They were up front, honest, on time, and did a great job. But most importantly they were extremely kind and respectful of our family and worked with us to do certain windows first so kids could nap…which is above and beyond if you ask me.
