Nathan came by and did a great job clean our windows both inside and out. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Jacobs Ladder.

Received same day quote, work was scheduled for 3 days later... Most companies I reached out to couldn't provide a quote in the time it took them to complete the work.

The windows look great, they completed it so quickly I didn't realize they had finished.

We'll definitely be using them going forward.

Jacobs Ladder has been my window cleaner for years. They are respectful of our property while doing a fantastic job of cleaning our windows! And they always show up at their scheduled appointment time.

I actually saw Nathan cleaning our neighbor's windows and scheduled him to do ours. Haven't cleaned the outside of the windows since we built the house, and he did a great job getting all the new construction dirt off the windows. Very professional, on time, and polite.

I have been using Jacob's ladder for the past 5 years. I am always impressed with the quality and timely service. Nathan is always professional and friendly giving me plenty of time to move my dogs around as he works. I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received.

First time that I used this company. I called them because I needed gutter cleaning done, in addition to window cleaning. They do both! Nathan was on time and professional. Before starting, he needed to adjust the window cleaning portion of quote I had received from the office when I first called. After we discussed, I decided to go ahead with the work. He worked quietly and efficiently. The gutters are cleaned thoroughly(newer home, mostly residue from the roof ). The windows look great. He uses a unique spray device to clean the outside of the windows. It’s hooked up to filtered water in his truck. No streaking ! I would highly recommend Nathan, though you suggest that you ask the company to do an on site estimate the job before the day of the work. That way you avoid changes to the quote you receive from their office. They have a repeat customer discount, if you get the exterior of your windows cleaned every 3 months. I’m considering this service. All in all, quite satisfied. 5 stars for the actual service. 3-4 stars for the estimating process. Overall 4 -4.5. I recommend them.

Not only were the windows left spotless but they managed to accommodate us and do it on short notice before our weekend guests arrived! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the work performed and the professional manner in which it was carried out.
In addition, we had Jared install Christmas lights for us this year. To say that the house looks beautiful with the lights on is quite the understatement. Somehow, Jared even made our not-very-full pines look stunning when the lights are turned on.
We feel fortunate to have found Vue/Jacobs Ladder, and I recommend them highly. I know that if you try them, you’ll be very pleased with their work.
