Eagle replaced my entire HVAC system. They were professional, reliable, responsive and provided fair-value. I will use them again and recommend them.

The ac has never been right since we replaced the units last year. There has been a leak. Not for lack of effort, they couldn’t seem to find the leak. Cory came out today and found it within 20 minutes. Had it fixed and working within an hour. Thanks!

We’ve had a lot of people in our house in the last couple years. Today Joe and Dennis did some work and they were so professional and so nice that I just have to tell about it. The owner, Jay was extremely helpful too. I Highly recommended this company.!

Cory did a great job on fixing our furnace today, I also appreciate him doing the best to save us $ by cleaning the sensor as apposed to getting a new one :) He is very friendly as well!

Jay did a complete analysis of my old
noisy system, explained and answered all my questions. No hard sell or upsell, gave me many options and price ranges. No BS. All new hi range furnace/ac/steam humidifier was installed, professional and neat installation. Jay returned twice himself to hunt down noises with the humidifier, 100% success. Super quiet system. Highly recommend Eagle.

After coming home from a vacation and seeing water pooling in our hallway, we went into panic mode. Found out it was from our AC unit, enter Eagle Heating and Air-conditioning. Even though it was a weekend, the team responded very quickly and that Monday scheduled someone to come and see what was going on. His tech was quick and informative and scheduled the repair quickly. Couldn't believe how quickly everything got fixed and at a very responsible price. Thank you Jay and Eagle Heating and Air-conditioning!

I hired Jay and Eagle Heating and Air Conditioning to maintain the HVAC units at a commercial property that I own. Every quarter they replace filters and make sure the units are working correctly. When clients, friends, and family are looking for a HVAC company, I refer them to Jay!

Very happy with Eagle Plumbing . This is the second time they have helped me out at my folks house and I would highly recommend them for residential and commercial jobs as we have used them at my work as well. Tim did a great job today and was prompt and courteous. Thank you for everything!

I do NOT recommend this place. If I could give Eagle Heating a zero I would. We had them come out to our house to fix our central A/C unit back in June and they Came back 5 times to figure out why they couldn’t fix it, til finally I got fed up with taking extra lunch hours to accommodate their schedule. We had to call another Heating and A/C company to fix their mistake. Come to find out, they had wired our thermostat incorrectly. It took the new company that we called less than 5 MINUTES to figure out what was wrong. We have 4 dogs that stay in during the day, and that “faulty wiring” could have led to a fire in our home. The first time they came out was to Warranty a thermostat that they replaced the year prior. Had they wired it correctly, they would not have had to come back 5 times. Each time they came out it was a different recommendation. This is what they ended up doing, which NONE of it was necessary. The first visit was to assess why the unit kept turning off, the second visit was to warranty the thermostat they put in the summer prior. The third visit was to Clean the unit outside. , another visit was to clean the coils for the unit inside our home. Another visit was to recharge the system because they said it was low. We noticed that after they recharged it, they left off the screws to the Freon veins that must be torqued, and we didn’t have the tools to do it. If they had they installed the thermostat that they warranted CORRECTLY They would have not had to Come back the 4 extra times, and I would not have had to miss 4 hours of work. Each time they came out they were always in a hurry. And each time it was a different technician( if you can call them that). They would leave saying “it’s fixed”. “ Winterrrowd “ heating & air was the company we ended up using. They accommodated our schedule and fixed it on the first visit. I recommend going to the best and skipping the unqualified.

We have had Eagle do our annual furnace cleaning and inspection and always pleased with there work and how attention to detail with every visit. We just had a new gas line installed for our new gas stove. During our last annual furnace inspection they discovered a small Carbon monoxide leak that the gas inspectors never noted and fixed it. They also did our Air conditioning a number of years ago. Highly recommend then for any Heating or Air conditioning work. They also honor Veterans and give military discounts. And their prices are very reasonable.

Cory was great! Very professional, thorough and helpful. I felt like he truly cared & we weren't just "some job" to him. He took the time to answer my questions & show me in a friendly manner, rather than talking down to me.

Eagle is very easy to work with and their technicians (ours was Bob) are friendly and efficient. They were able to come out the same day to fix the problem with our furnace and the job was complete in under 2 hours, which included a trip to the parts store. Thank you Eagle for an excellent job. I will be calling yearly for scheduled maintenance.

Update to review- they did great work on 3 of the houses but on the 4th they exchanged a blower motor without consulting me then sent a 800$ bill. No call on if we had a warranty, if we even wanted it done. Very disappointed

Had them out for 3 homes, they serviced one so far- the technician was kind and helpful. They have to come back tomorrow to finish, but they seem very reliable and helpful.

Our repair guy, Corey was great! He was thorough and found a couple of things that were worn or just had gone wrong. He also found some things that weren't installed (by another firm) properly. We are very happy with how things went and are going to sign up for their scheduled maintenance plan!

Jay and his team have true heart to help their clients and provide honest and efficient service. I genuinely appreciate the desire Jay has to do the best job while saving his clients money. I appreciate the knowledge he gives and options on ways to solve the problem. Jay is a man of integrity that you can trust.

Cory, my tech did an amazing job. Not only did he take care of the original issue but also corrected the wiring that was incorrectly installed. His professionalism and knowledge was one of the best I've incountered compared to other companies that I've have hired to fix the same issue over the past 6 months. Highly recommend the company, and ask for Cory as your tech.

Cory was truly a professional technician. He explained the process of what he needed to do and kept me updated on what parts and repair needed to be done. His first visit was a great impression that I was convinced I was dealing with a quality company and willing to wait two weeks for my scheduled repair date. Will continue to use Eagle in the future. Written by Carolyn Lucchetta: I am elderly, a senior, and have to have heat! My furnace was making very loud grating sounds last night. I turned it off. I called Eagle at 8:01 this morning. They had a technician over here at 8:25am---can you believe that! The technician I had was Josh. In all my years hiring furnace technicians, he was the very best. He told me very important tips that no one else has ever done. He even went outside to check the vents to see if they were clogged---Wow. I love Eagle. they are great!

Eagle HVAC was the best price I received out of 3 bids for a new furnace and A/C and I have not been disappointed after more than a year. They had to move my furnace from one place to another and add A/C that was never installed. Jay obviously was very knowledgable and had good understanding of what was needed to move my furnace when he came to look at the job. He told me details of what was needed and how. His crew that installed did a very good job (installed April 2021). Service after the install has been very good. Corey did an amazing job of making sure my a/c was performing correctly after it was not cooling my home sufficiently and found the reason for it. We had a misunderstanding about how much work they cover after install and for how long. We worked it out to our mutual agreement. (I would make sure to ask questions so you understand what is included after the install with any issues you may have after the fact and for how long after the install - of course, with any company you choose).

Their staff is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely trust them to do a great job.

I have a '99 gas furnace and had no heat one morning -a couple of problems with it and can't afford to buy a completely new unit. They gave me that option but didn't push. Eagle Heating and Air was very responsive within an hour! Then after almost a day it stopped again. Between Adam and Josh on both days and further troubleshooting, this unit gave everyone a run for the money, so to speak, but with their drive to get to the bottom of it- I had heat and still do!! I appreciated their care and professional attitude. Also, Reanna (I hope I got her name correct!) the phone contact is very personal and kind. I feel she truly cares never rushing me off the phone. Thank you Eagle team!
