They did a fine job and the technician was friendly, but I was charged more than I was quoted. I called and found out that I was charged for a hallway which I was never told I was going to be charged for before the service was completed. It's frustrating that I got a surprise on my bank statement when I was expecting a smaller amount. I was never notified that the hallway was going to be a charge and that the final total differed from the estimate. This was a move out cleaning.

Such a scam. After speaking with lisa about a payment plan when I dropped my carpet off. I was told it would be done before or around Christmas. They "cleaned it" and rolled it up wet. After the weekend of it sitting there in the bag opened it to clearly have it smelling horrible and "re-cleaned". Which took three more days. After picking it up. It still smelt terrible and was still moist. Sealed inthe bag. Unfortunetly it was the weekend. So Monday when I called to ask why the fringe was yellow and the mildew or odor present I was told that I cpuld bring it back but if they couldn't see a difference after cleaning it again I would be charged again. I said I didnt feel that was fair and I wouldnt be going back. A couple of weeks to follow I recieved a voicemail statingthey would be charging my card for the remainderof the services provided and should call them if this was not ok. Well I dontknow about you but this seemed very underhanded and not the way to have repeat customers or good standards. Now after calling to postpone my payment I have been told Lisa would be running my card without my permissionon the 29th. That she did not need to legally have consent and could do it no matter.. TheBBB will know aboutthisand hopefully you eillhavethis info to make your decision. Also. It not paid in full for the first month. 1.8 interest is charged daily. Is what Lisa was not able to tell me but insisted I had to pay in full with no partial payments. Do not get "services" that you arentwillingtopay TRIPLE for.

I liked that I was notified that the technician was on his way, so I could be on the lookout for him. He arrived in the time frame allotted, and was very personable and professional. I would definitely use this service again.

I have used triple C for decades. They have done routine cleaning for me and they have come out on emergency calls. They are WELL WORTH IT. Hear me, I go for value not cheap. Triple C is not expensive, yet they provide outstanding value. There is a reason I have used them decades and I will continue to use them.
