Vincent and his team did fine job at locating, excavating, pumping and inspecting my grandmother's 50-year-old septic system which which was not only buried beneath over 3' of dirt but also had NEVER been pumped or maintained before. It was a tough job but they persisted, showed good attention to detail, and provided quality service, even helping me make sure all the paperwork was in good order. Great business. Rich inspected and cleaned our septic. He was early, answered all our questions, and provided a recommendation for future service. I was happy with how quickly we were able to schedule, too. Communication throughout was seamless.

Late afternoon on a Thursday, we scheduled High Country to clear a clogged drain line on Friday morning. Later Thursday night, we discovered we did not have a clogged drain but a septic system problem. When I communicated this to Vincent, well after business hours, he was very helpful and flexed the plan to resolve the septic problem. He and his driver resolved it the next afternoon. We were very grateful to him for not only the work, but the after-hours communication that gave us peace of mind during a... crappy situation?

The technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. His truck and equipment were clean and attractive. I was impressed with the degree of professionality displayed. He showed me where some deterioration existed, explained how repair could be effected, and quoted a reasonable figure to do so. He also explained that the repair could be put off for a few years, but that would eventually result in a collapse. I elected to proceed with the repair, as I think it will extend the life of the tank. Replacement of the tank would be very expensive.

Vincent with High Country did a fantastic job fixing our septic line and replacing our septic pump. He was able to get the job done much faster than the other companies we called. We recently bought our home in Cripple Creek and at closing we were told both septics were inspected and pumped. We were able to schedule within a week to have service done. Rich was prompt, professional and very informative. Affordable and we now have an appointment for scoping to insure our pipes/leach field are in good condition before guest during the holidays.
