My husband took our newer carpet cleaner to him to a few months back to fix our carpet cleaner he told my husband that the part that was need for our shampooed could not be ordered the offered to dispose of our carpet cleaner my husband passed on his offer and came home we put it away I pulled it put to day to look at it and low and behold the only thing wrong with it was a clonged with dog hair wow...he never looked at it he did not do the free inspection what a disappointing experience I fill like he wanted to rip us off don't waste your time coming here if he tried to this to us who else has he done this to.

I was dropping off my son at North Middle school this morning when one of their pick-ups drove by the crossing at nearly 40 miles per hour.
He would have been in trouble if I was able to catch up to him.......

Great service and helpful staff. If they can't fix it then you don't pay anything. O had 2 items that were just operator error. Dont throw it away before you try to fix it. Too much in the landfill already

Great customer service. I called Nelson Repair just a few minutes before they closed, knowing if I left home right then, I would not make it in time. I needed a part that day, and they stayed open for me. I got there 5 after close, and got the part I needed. Thanks guys!

Amazing. I was actually out of state and getting no where with my local Breville support center. I went down the list of others in the country and came across Nelson. Within minutes they helped me with a problem that I have spent a week trying to solve. If they are this good for someone out of state I can only imagine that they are far superior to others face to face.
