Josse and his team (family!) did an amazing job of removing a felled pine tree and helping us out clear out dangerous branches in another tree after the tornado through highlands ranch area. Showed up on time and did an absolutely phenomenal job for a great price! Thanks again, Josse and family!!

These guys did an amazing job. They showed up promptly at 10am and got right to work, paring down several trees in our yard that were badly in need of trimming. The whole process took about 4 hours, in line with the estimate we were given when they arrived. They were very thorough and precise, right down to the cleanup; they even cleared the yard of flower petals that had fallen in the process. We will definitely be calling them again next time our trees are in need of a trim.

Gems Tree Service is the absolute Best! They come out and provide a detailed estimate of services, that is easy to read and understand. They show up at the time they say they are going to, no surprise visits. They provide all the services agreed upon, no surprise charges. They do an incredible job, and cleanup afterwards. First called Gems in May after snowstorm broke several tall trees and branches. Spoke with Josse who came out and gave an estimate. Family operation, Josse and his brother Henry, as well as a nephew, all came out and did a fantastic job. They were neat, very personable and hard-working. Could not be more pleased with them. Came out a second time today as a follow up and again, same great job and attitude. Above and beyond customer service. Fantastic job guys, thank you!

Excellent crew and professionalism! Gaudencio was so friendly and responsive. 90% of the time I called he answered, and the 10% that I had to leave a voicemail, he got back to me within a couple of hours at the most. We had had 7 trees removed in total, and I am just so pleased with the results! The whole job went smoothly, and everyone involved was so friendly and happy to do a job well done! Highly recommend!

I hired Gems Tree services to remove a decrepit tree on my property in Denver. Josse offered a competitive price and scheduled the removal just a few days later. Highly recommended! I had Gem's remove 4 very large trees from my back yard, which is sloped and terraced, making them difficult to reach. They efficiently removed them without disturbing my remaining flora and thoroughly cleaned up debris. On time, skilled, professional, and polite! Also very competitive pricing.

Josse Adame from Gems Tree Services did an absolutely amazing job! I had a very large maple removed, stump ground and a new catalpa planted in its place. Josse took care of everything for me and was extremely kind, thorough, responsive and trustworthy throughout the entire process. Talk about an awesome tree service “Gems Tree Service” is the best. I had a 18” diameter tree limb that fell on my roof during our recent snowstorm. The crew came this morning and removed the limb. Very tricky removal since the limb was about 40 feet in length. The Gems team were professional and used ropes to tie off the limb for safety and not cause any additional damage to our home. I have dealt with a few tree companies in COS, but hands down Gems is the best. I will definitely be using this company for any additional tree service I need. Very reasonable priced for the service the company offers, Highly recommend this company for any tree service you may have.

Josse and crew did a great job removing a large Aspen tree in front of and very near my home without any damage to my home. They cut the tree into manageable logs and placed it where I requested on the side of my house. Also removed all excess limbs, mess, etc. They returned to grind the stump and it’s like nothing was ever there. They did a great job for a reasonable price. Would hire them again.

Josse was fantastic. We got two 40-ft Trees of Heaven removed from our front yard. He had a quick response time, competitive price, great service, and very professional. I would recommend him for your project without hesitation. I plan on calling him back when we need our trees trimmed!

Gem's Tree Services did an excellent job, competitive quote and excellent work trimming my green ash tree.Removed all the dead branches and pruned back others hanging over the house. Great friendly people that do excellent work!

Highly recommend!! A gentleman came out a day after calling for an estimate. I decided on this company because it has the best reviews and a great price. He gave me a written quote and a date and about a week and a half later, they came to remove an extremely large cotton wood tree (well over 100 feet) that was hanging over our house and would shed cotton all over our deck every summer. Three men came out and were very polite and professional. The tree climber removed the tree with such care, precision, and expertise, and with no room for error. It was quite impressive to watch. They cleaned up everything, including some old, huge branches that had previously fallen from the tree. Money well spent!!!

Jose and his crew have cut down two massive trees on our property in the north Denver area. Their work is impeccable every time. They are professional and knowledgeable. We are very grateful for their work. I would highly recommend them!

I am extremely pleased with Gem's Tree Service. Their estimator met me at my convenience, to assess, advise, and give me a very competitive quote on our tree cutting and stump grinding project. On the scheduled day the crew arrived on time and did a great, professional job. It was a very slick, efficient process, including cleanup, and went much faster than I anticipated. They will be the first call I make next time I have any trimming or cutting needs!

I found Gems Tree Service through Thumbtack. This review only allows me to choose three of five offered items that I liked about my experience with them, Professionalism, Value and Responsiveness. I was not able to choose Work Quality or Punctuality. These also apply to this company. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. I had a cottonwood tree that was over 40 feet tall, with electrical lines, very near my home and fence. My request for a quote was addressed the same day as my request and the quote was immediately available at the end of the appointment. My need was addressed promptly after accepting the quote, the team arrived on time, was extremely respectful of myself, my property and did a stellar job of removing the tree and area clean up when they finished. I can't say enough good things about this company and would and will continue to recommend them to anyone that needs tree service.

Josse has great customer service. He was on time for the job. He cut down and ground the stumps for a very fair price. He is very professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree removal. He does anything to do with trees and also does landscaping. We are 100 percent satisfied with the work he did and his awesome communication. He is licensed and insured.
