My refrigerator wasn't working & the Samsung company was useless to the point of giving me a headache. The service company Samsung sent my appliance problem to wasn't going to be able to even take a look until a week later. That was UNACCEPTABLE for me & I started calling around for quotes for coming out to help me either yesterday or today. Rick's Appliances was willing & able to help me ASAP.

Usually had good experience with these guys. I found out from another repair company they messed up my dryer in a reapir i had them do.They used the incorrect parts and my drum is broken because of it. Basically put Chevy parts on a Ford. This damage now is not do to usage. I called Rick's to make it right and was told it was out of their warranty window even though this was caused by them installing incorrect parts! I do not recommend!

Highly recommend. Landlord was using them for years and now that we pay for maintenance for our new washer and dryer we called Rick's ASAP. They were able to send a tech to help in just a day this was a couple of weeks ago. But everything was done so perfectly and the price was super reasonable I had to leave a review.

They sent Mr. Chuck who did an ABOVE AND BEYOND job installing the gasket into our washer again. Super cordial, knowledgeable and fast with his job.

The repairman who came out for the refrigerator was the kind of guy you just trust immediately. Even though he wasn’t available to come out to my house the. man who answered the phone late on a Friday night was kind enough to give me advice how to turn off water to my fridge, and other tips to stop my house from flooding. Thank you for being the only person willing to help me!!! I’m coming to for my next service!

I just called them because of the ratings on google! I have some issues with my oven! Right when the guy answers he interrupts me ask me for my zip code and than before I even told him anything he says can this wait until Monday!! Whatever happened to being friendly and communicating and listening to your potential customer! Oh and by the way I could have waited as long as needed! Great job Commerce City Appliance.....I will give someone else my money!
