The Frates brothers did exactly what they said they could and showed up on time. I had a very complicated large tree that needed alot of work. High risk of damaging the house and common fence I decided to hire some experts and can't be more glad that I did

Toby worked so fast and was so efficient in helping us remove trees after a severe storm. Never have I seen someone work so diligently and with such speed that it was almost like the storm never happened. Great service.

Toby and Gabe have done several projects for our school, both big and small, with impressive results every time! They have refinished our outside fences and woodwork, trimmed our trees, and renovated our back play yard. They do beautiful work and genuinely care about the finished product. They get projects done in a timely matter--often faster than predicted--and remember to follow up with all the little details. They are not only dependable, but honest and respectful. While they clearly are experts in their field, they are never condescending in their delivery. Additionally, they are enthusiastic in their approach and revel in thinking outside the box when coming up with solutions. I highly recommend them for just about any project you might have in mind!

I would definitely recommend Toby and GR8 Work Services! They did several projects in our yard this spring including tree trimming, fence repair/staining, fence removal, and design and construction of a custom rock retaining wall. Toby was a pleasure to work with. Timely and open communication. Our projects were scheduled quickly and completed exactly on time. I could tell Toby genuinely cares about the customers, the trees and about completing high quality work. Thank you!

Gabe and Toby are absolutely amazing to work with. I had a lot of work needing to be done to my exterior lot and was thinking financially it'd take years. Through discussing options and different design strategies I was provided an amazing solution and was able to get my yard looking better than it ever has. They were patient walking me through how the final results could look with each option and made sure my needs were not only met but exceeded every step of the way!

Rude and very unprofessional receptionist!!! I called for an estimate, not a quote. She wanted my full name, address and if I was the property owner all just for an estimate. I am the property owner. When I emphasized that I only wanted an estimate again, she stated, "I think you should call someone else and hung up.". Yes, I will and certainly every potential customer. Obviously, the receptionists thinks her business is well established to provide bully customer service and her company profits will not hinder because of her attitude. She also has no regrets for losing a customer to a competitor. I am a business owner and this type of treatment is definitely not warranted.

We've used Acme for @ 50 years & their service has been like a rollercoaster. They've been on the downside for awhile, bcuz they forget we've called to have them come out, they say they don't need to deworm our trees, when I've been finding several that have fallen from the trees due to the high winds, & if you don't watch them carefully or inspect their work as their retracting the hose they spray with, you'll find areas they've missed completely from hurrying through their work. No attention given to detail, like the example previously explained, & when putting back the heavy rock & other items they've moved out of their way. We called bcuz we need them then, not good to wait a month+ when you're talking tree work. Terribly expensive for some of the work that they do. However, the age of their crew members never seem to mind the heat. It would be helpful if they'd let the residence know they planned on leaving b4 they go to discuss when it's safe to water, care for pets, knowledge of the care plan for the trees, & share any info about the health of the plants/trees in the close surrounding area, etc... BEGINNING TO THINK I'VE HAD TO TAKE CONTROL OF MY OWN LAWN & TREE CARE SERVICE or CUT THEM DOWN COMPLETELY. I wonder if they think about or pass along vital info about the birds living up in the nests, or their migration habits, their hatching Season, when removing branches &/or trees, for we have managed to kill over 13 million different bird species!! Without the insects there will be no animals or Man to be able to sustain life.
