So confused. Is this a scam? I called and talked to a lady. I explained that we needed a rug cleaned and that we already had it on our pick up so we preferred to drop it off for cleaning instead of them coming here. She said no problem just drop it off during our business hours. We got to address that good maps showed us and it was somebody’s house. I called and talked to a different person and asked if this was the correct address. They told me yes and to ring the bell and drop it off there. We rang and a lady came out of the house very confused about us looking for a rug cleaning company. I called again to ask for the address. The person wouldn’t give me the address. I had to give my number and name for someone to call me so I can drop it off. 2 hours later and nobody had called. What a waste of time and gas.
