Fake company, fake reviews. Wife called and gave them her info and started getting tons of solicitation calls from HVAC companies. DO NOT CALL

There is only one company I would never forget when it comes to high-quality service in repairing air conditioners.

It is HVAC Pros Air Conditioning Service who repaired us with great finesse.

They are very efficient! Great service and friendly staff!

This is a fake listing for a fake business. When you call the number you reach and answering/marketing service that collects your info and blasts it to several HVAC companies. Shortly after you get bombarded with calls about your job. Think about what happens if you request an insurance quote online from an aggregator. Same thing. I wanted to use someone local but instead got a guy from Parker. He was very nice and fixed the issue so this review has nothing to do with him or his company. It is simply that HVAC Pros is not a real company and not local to Conifer.

This is not a company. When I called the number, the person on the other end was vague in who she was but took all my information. I assumed she was a messaging service for the company "HVAC Pros Air Conditioning". Turns out she was from Home Advisor and not minutes after she took my information, I was bombarded with emails, phone calls and texts from various HVAC companies around town looking for my business. This seems shady given the person on the other end did not identify herself and also the ad on Google should indicated the number is for Home Advisor.

I called back again today and when asked what company I had just called, said he was "a plumbing, HVAC company" and would not specify a company name. When I told him it's because they are actually Home Advisor, he said "No we are not Home Advisor" and hung up on me.

Proceed with caution when calling this number. You will get connected to Home Advisor or some other 'referral' company, and not an actual local HVAC company.

Wish I would have discovered Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning when we purchased our home 5 years ago. All the staff are knowledgeable and dedicated to bringing our aging furnace and AC units back to life through their thorough maintenance service and quick diagnostics. Thank you!

We needed to replace our aging boiler and hot water heater. The removal of the old boiler and install of the new one was efficient and timely. The technicians were friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond their duties by explaining every step. The new system is amazing!

Called ahead. Showed up when he said he would. Friendly and efficient. Transparent and showed photos of work done. Highly recommend!

Moe from Ponderosa did a wonderful job getting my rather old furnace up and running again. He was able to come out within 8 hours, was profession, efficient and very nice. I highly recommend Ponderosa Heating, especially Moe.

Jon was professional, on time, clear and concise with his recommendations, and presented a good offer for continued service on my furnace. For anyone who's up in the mountains, and you need a heat / AC team, go with them. Also shoutout to Craig, Mike, and Austin for excellent service and recommendations.

Mike came by for our seasonal checkup and provided accurate details on the state of our new furnace. Checked against wiring, filter, motor start up, and our additions (UV and Humidifier). He was efficient, clear, and has a strong technical knowledge.

Todd was great! He gave us a lot of information we didn’t know and got our fireplace working like new. Would definitely recommend working with Ponderosa!

Michael was great! On time, efficient and very communicative. He made sure we understood everything he did.

Great communication as far as letting me know when he would arrive. Moe showed up when expected and was able to fix our issue with our radiant floor heating not working in one of our bedrooms. Highly satisfied with all aspects of our service call. Definitely recommend Ponderosa Heating.

Everyone was friendly, efficient and did a great job! New furnace installation took less than 1 day (about 6 hours) with a few minor adjustments the next day. They were thoughtful enough to leave some space heaters with me just in case. I'm very grateful I didn't have to wait long for a new furnace!

Ponderosa is the best. They did our annual PM on both our furnaces the week and we are good to go for the winter.

Chris Soon Fah came out to our house for the AC check up before the warm weather season. He cleaned and inspected the AC unit and performed annual maintenance. He was thorough, professional, and efficient. We recommend him and Ponderosa highly!!

Ponderosa Heating and Air Conditioning replaced our furnace and central AC units. They did a great job from start to finish. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They were spot on in their estimate for the job and there were no surprises.

The old furnace in my rental house went out just at the beginning of winter. It can be difficult to get replacements on short notice, but Moe from Ponderosa Heating* was out in two days to assess the situation. It was determined that the old furnace could not be repaired, and in a matter of days, a team--John and Ivan---were there with a new furnace. It was an extremely difficult job as the furnace was in the attic in a very small, cramped and dusty environment. They had to cut a new access before they could even remove the old furnace.

John and Ivan worked tirelessly for two days without complaint and stayed until the job was completed properly. Their teamwork was impressive, and they were both polite and easy to have around. They cleaned up all parts, insulation, and speck of dust that resulted from the installation. Even though repairing the hole in the ceiling was not officially part of the job, they kindly patched a piece of drywall in the hole so cold air and insulation would not affect the use of the kitchen until a proper repair can be made.

*I have used and trusted Ponderosa for years but it is now under new ownership with new employees. I could not be more satisfied with their work. They will continue to be my go to place for furnace and gas fireplace service and repair. The new company has gained my complete trust.

The new furnace is working great.
