After dealing with another company for over a year, with endless issues, maintenance calls, and a lot of sleepless nights, finding Dimitri with ColdPros was such a relief.
From the start, he was quick to respond and was out within 24 hours to assess our situation. We wanted to move our compressor to the roof since our walk-in cooler was originally designed to be outdoors but had been installed inside, which was causing short cycling issues. Dimitri was incredibly informative and knowledgeable, and I could immediately tell he operates with integrity. After our previous experience, where we spent over $2,000 on maintenance due to an improper install, that meant a lot.
He got our project scheduled and completed within a couple of weeks of diagnosing the issue. He reassured me that they could handle the project and would not leave us hanging until everything was running properly. He was communicative, professional, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way.
Since the job was completed, we have had zero issues. Everything is running smoothly, and it has made a huge difference for our business. I can finally sleep again knowing our product is safe and the system is not being overworked.

I used this Company for the first time after I tried a few other companies for my walking cooler issue. Tech Dmitriy is very professional, nice and knowledgeable individual. He was able to identify the issue after testing and explained in detail what problem was not to function my walking cooler properly. He replaced all necessary parts and repaired the unit and now back to working and cooling normal temperature again. I recommend ColdPros Commercial for refrigeration repairs.
