Pro's. Professional and polite. Diagnosed my very expensive smart fridge (Samsung) that has had multiple problems since purchase. 6000.00 mistake. Decided not to fix it. Serviceman agreed, not going to spend 1100.00 when it will just break again. Lesson learned.

I needed my washing machine fixed, so I called these guys. The woman I spoke to on the phone told me about their upfront fee and I agreed because I thought they could fix it. I asked if she could tell me how much it would be, as I was on a budget, but she could provide me with zero information, which is reasonable I guess?? Even though this company supposedly knows what they're doing. The guy came out to take an estimate and gave an outrageous price, fixing the washer would be more than buying a new one. The bulk of the price was from the parts, a GE, apparently GE is VERY expensive to replace and this is general knowledge in their profession. I had told the person who made the appointment my washer brand, had they been more knowledgable about the washers they fix regularly, I could have been saved $70 and a lot of my time.

I am a repeat customer. I’ve used Denver’s Best Appliance Repair on numerous occasions for my various properties. They are professional, honest and nice people to work with. Their office stuff is great as well.
