Constraction reviews in Denver, Colorado

Just recently had my unfinished basement finished by Kestas and his crew. He did a fabulous job at an affordable price. He has very good design ideas. Kestas is reliable and is trustworthy which is hard to find in this industry. I definitely recommend using Kestas to remodel or finish a basement. He also does great bathrooms. Thank you Kestas!

Vista Remodeling has been professional and knowledgeable of how to fix the issues in my bathroom from the moment they stepped into the mess. I had an unprofessional and unskilled contractor in there before that left a mess for Vista and myself to deal with. I interviewed a few contractors, and Vista instilled the most confidence in me that they could get the work done quickly and without sparing quality, and they haven't let me down. Their quality of work, attention to detail, and speed is top notch. Vista has been willing to do things the right way from the ground up, even if it takes a little more time and work than originally expected. In my case, the flooring of the bathroom, shower walls, and a shower bench seat had to be torn out and rebuilt as the existing flooring was not level, and the walls were not sufficiently secured to the floor and ceiling to allow for a long lasting installation. If we had not fixed these issues, the tile grout would have likely started cracking within a year or two. Vista provided additional recommendations for my crawl space beneath my restroom and in my bathroom that I would not have thought of myself as I’m not regularly engaged in bathroom remodels. All in all, Vista has rebuilt my bathroom from the ground up complete with new plumbing, an entirely new shower with bench seat, new toilet, mosaic and flat tile work, rough carpentry, dryer venting, insulation, a ceiling fan, and all associated painting and baseboard finish work. The price is justified for the quality of work and professionalism received, and I would highly recommend Vista Remodeling to anyone who is motivated to get a quality remodel done in their home! I’ve personally already recommended them to a few friends and co-workers. They also provide detailed estimates to help a homeowner understand the full scope of work and associated costs in a very transparent manner before you get halfway into the project and change orders pop up because the contractor had a scope gap. Vista is tremendously honest up front and flexible, which is incredibly difficult to find in people and contractors these days! Highest recommendation I can give!

Kestas is friendly, efficient, and most importantly meticulous in his work. The results of his work a year ago were beyond my imagination considering the small space I had to work with. This week I had a minor repair I needed done and Kestas quickly came over to help me with my problem. Highly recommend him due to the quality of his work and his work ethic.

I don't believe that anyone can match all of the energy, effort, and dedication Kestas put into our remodel. Every time we walk into our kitchen, we notice the detailed exactness of his work; moreover, we've received many compliments from friends and family. Even though we ran into a number of unexpected complications during the remodel (due to the age of our home), Kestas went above and beyond to complete everything, including extra fixes as necessary. Even a year later, our new kitchen is still our favorite (and most used!) room in the house.

After seeing the job that Kestas did in our master bathroom, we ended up having him do all the bathrooms in the house along with remodeling our whole kitchen. This house looks absolutely fantastic now and it's all due to the craftsmanship Vista Remodeling and Kestas. I will never even look at another remodeler in the future. I always know where to go when I need a job well done in my house.

Kestas completely remodeled our master bathroom and we couldn't be happier. He has an eye for design and made helpful suggestions. I especially appreciated his strong work ethic and attention to detail. He is a good listener and a delight to work with!

We are very happy that we hired Vista Remodeling. Vista Remodeling remodeled three bathrooms in our home. Kestas presented very good ideas and options for us to consider in the remodeling process. The work was completed as expected with quality craftsmanship. Kestas and his team worked hard. They were very conscientious, organized, clean, and their work was top-quality. I would highly recommend Vista Remodeling.

Thank you Kestas.

When we were looking for someone to finish a mother-in-law suite in our partially finished basement, Kestas came very highly recommended...and he did not disappoint. We were worried that the suite would not match the rest of the home, but it was seamless! Since that time, we have had Kestas finish half a dozen other projects and he’s always the first call I make when I need something done. He’s professional. Friendly. Very good at what he does. Affordable. Trustworthy. In a world of general contractors that is hit or miss, Kestas is a grand slam! I literally could not recommend Kestas and Vista Remodeling enough.

We live in Denver in a 1940s tudor and hired Kestas of Vista Remodeling to completely redo our main bathroom. He removed everything from the existing bathroom and also converted a closet from the next door bedroom to add more space to the new bathroom. Kestas was very professional, clean, friendly, and timely in his work. He was very receptive to our vision of the final results and helped us pick out all of the new materials-for a very reasonable price! We couldn't be happier with the final result. I would absolutely recommend Kestas and Vista Remodeling. If we remodel other areas of our home, we will for sure use him again.

We had our basement bathroom renovated and we were extremely pleased with how it turned out. Kestas and his crew are professional, detail oriented and worked within our budget. The project was finished on time even with some electrical and plumbing surprises that needed to be addressed. We would definitely use Vista again for future projects.

My wife and I highly recommend Kestas and his crew for any of your home remodeling needs. The Vista crew finished our basement with a den, 3-piece bathroom, and bedroom with an egress window with superior craftsmanship. Kestas is a tireless leader working long hours and even weekends to deliver on his commitments. We cannot wait for our next renovation with Kestas and his team!

Called Vista Remodeling to correct working my shower floor & drain prior contractor did incorrectly, Kestas was a pleasure to work with. His communication and quality of work are top notch even for a smaller project like I had. Even my building super was impressed with his work & cleanliness asking for his info for future jobs. Thank you Kestas for a great project.

The extensive renovation work that Vista Remodeling did for us has transformed not just our kitchen, basement, and bathrooms, but also our quality of life. Vista owner, Kestas, brings integrity to everything he does. He can read the customer and understands how to design spaces to address individual preferences within budget, achieving just the right balance of utility and style. Kestas and the team he puts together for each job are creative, thorough, skillful, and reliable. Vista Remodeling delivers exceptional value: high quality workmanship and highly functional, beautiful results!

Vista Remodeling did a complete master bathroom remodel which included necessary demolition, a master closet expansion, and a shower and vanity renovation.
Kestas and crew provided the professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail that one would expect of a superior top-notch contractor.
While the project was initially somewhat slow to move forward due the company's backlog, once the work began, we could see that we were getting quality craftsmanship.
Kestas oversaw the entire project, and made certain that nothing was omitted or glossed over.
Of course, we had some design changes in the middle of the project, but these were again handled professionally. Kestas even moderated husband and wife disputes on design opinion differences.
The work area was cleaned up each evening, and all workers were instructed to keep a tidy workspace.
We are extremely satisfied with Vista Remodeling and would highly recommend to family and friends.

If I could give more stars I would! This was better than 5 star work and service.

As anyone who’s trying to get something remodeled knows, it’s challenging to find good and honest workers. When we met Kestas he was a straight shooter from day #1. Everything he promised to do he did. And when we had a few minor issues once the work was done he happily came back and made sure everything was perfect. I can’t say how happy we are that we chose Vista Remodeling -- for our basement remodel. The work they did was excellent! The end result was beautiful and will stand the test of time. Additionally, we have and will continue to refer the Vista Remodeling team any chance we get. And... If we ever have another job, they are first on our list.

USE THEM! You will be happy with the results.

We used Vista Remodeling for our kitchen and bathrooms. We are extremely happy and absolutely amazed with the transformation that our house went through. It was a 3 week project and everything was done to our liking. We love that our input was heard and our expectations met. We definitely recommend anyone in the greater Denver area to check Vista Remodeling out. The work they did for us is phenomenal and I can't stop posting pictures of my perfect kitchen on social media. I am sure my friends and family are tired of me singing the praises of how great our house looks now but I can't help it. I'm extremely happy with my perfect kitchen. 5 Stars hands down! Thanks Kestas you did an amazing job for us. It was a pleasure having you work in our home.

Kestas worked with us on a master bath remodel. We couldn't be happier with his work and professionalism throughout. He's extremely organized and provides exact documentation throughout. No surprises on supplies or labor here. Even better, Kestas helped us stay within our budget with recommendations on design and materials. During the project, Kestas pointed out several areas where the original construction had cut corners and took the initiative to set things right while the floor was torn up. In a world of unreliable contractors you'll want to work with Vista. We'd certainly go back.

Kestas and Artur did an amazing job adding a bathroom to our basement. The space was small but Kestas and his team did a great job problem solving and it’s so much better than we ever imagined it could be. They were good communicators, hard workers, and the final product was pristine. I would recommend Vista Remodeling to anyone I know. Thanks Kestas and Artur!

After months of getting quotes from contractors for our master bathroom remodel, we decided to go with Vista Remodeling. We are so happy that we chose them! Kestas and his team gave us the bathroom of our dreams. The quality of work they provide is exceptional. Kestas was great about taking my ideas and making them a reality, but also was extremely helpful and gave us some wonderful design ideas. Together we designed a spa quality master bathroom that we will enjoy for a long time. I would not hesitate to use Vista Remodeling in the future and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Purchased our home in Highlands Ranch & definitely needed some upgrades, kitchen, master bathroom & 2 other bathrooms. Being out of state was a challenge to find a contractor that we trusted, fortunately our daughter lives here to oversee if any issues. Changing out dated kitchen tile counter to quartz & adding subway backsplash. Master bathroom took out hottub & reconfigured walk in shower & Changed plumbing from outside to inside wall. Changed out dated vanity counter to quartz. Changed out 2 other vanity counters to quartz in 2 other bathrooms as well. Changed out dated tiles in all 3 bathrooms. The list goes on but if I could give Kestes 10☆ I definitely would. Kudos 👏 to Kestes/Vista remodeling, he did what he said he would do plus more. Our designer recommended where to purchase the quartz slabs which was the most expensive place in Denver. Kestes saved us $$$ recommended another place & very happy w/choice. Our neighbors said that his work crew worked 7 days/week on this project w/o any pressure from us. I definitely would recommend Kestes/Vista remodeling for any kitchen or bathroom renovations. His recommendations to the tiniest details was also helpful, he doesn't assume anything. Thank you Kestes & his team, if you need any referrals you can count on us.

Kestas did a complete bathroom remodel for us and I recommend Vista Remodeling with no hesitation. The best reason to hire Kestas is that he cares about the quality of the work he does and doesn't cut corners to save time. Sometimes he stayed later than he planned to stay or spent more time on some aspect of the job than he anticipated but he took the time to make sure that everything was done right and not just "good enough". We are very happy with the quality of the finished job and if we need more work done in the future we'll be calling Kestas again.
