Some of the worst staff you will ever meet. Very rude.

This is the number one commercial company in Colorado. There is no other commercial company like it in this State. This 5-star review doesn't really help what's already know!

I have called rk over the years and been treated with respect and in a courteous manner. I have been satisfied with their responsiveness. I have had only positive interactions.

Some of the worst craftsmanship from all trades. Been behind them numerous times to fix their mistakes. Worked on some of the same jobsites and was actually appalled at their lack of knowledge for the craft they represent.

Asked for help with several HVAC systems at our hotels. Submitted paperwork and never heard back from them. what a joke. Use Major HVAC They actually got back to me and tried to help. Service is a joke. Worked with them when I built hotels and they were a joke then and they are a joke now.

Dominick from their electric service group came by on a Sunday afternoon with almost all of my power out, my freezers dead and heating, and all of my frozen food at risk of melting.

First Dominick tracked down a circuit breaker nobody knew about, then he found the fuse we needed replaced, and was already on the phone with the after hours places trying to shop for this fuse we needed.

After shopping around for an hour or so he realized that the part wasn’t in stock anywhere in town.

At this point, almost anyone would have went home and pushed it to tmrw because, after all, the part isn’t available. It would have been reasonable and I would have lost an entire restaurant of food.

Eventually it was night time and instead of going home Dominick offered to rewire my entire circuit box so I would be able to save my food overnight.

He fixed everything and because of him I saved an enormous amount on labor and food.

The absolute best customer service I have ever gotten. The epitome of “above and beyond”.

To make it even more over the top, Dominick was in the middle of smoking a brisket when he got our call and he interrupted his own family dinner plans to save our restaurant.

I can’t stress what a lifesaver this was and I can’t recommend these guys enough. They take real pride in what they do.

    Poor Experience with Plumbing Dispatchers

My experience with RK Industries, LLC specifically their plumbing dispatch department was extremely disappointing. The dispatchers were disorganized, unresponsive, and at times outright rude. Getting a clear answer on scheduling or even basic updates was like pulling teeth. Calls were often not returned, and when they were, the information provided was inconsistent or incorrect.

It felt like there was a complete lack of communication between the dispatchers and the technicians, which led to multiple missed appointments and delays that could’ve easily been avoided. When I voiced my concerns, the attitude from the dispatch team was dismissive and unprofessional.

I expected more from a company of this size. Until they improve their internal coordination and customer service especially in dispatch I won’t be using or recommending their plumbing services again.

The No Soliciting sign is placed right next to the doorbell and it's very easy to understand. It's a polite, yet firm way to indicate to businesses (that's you) that you are not welcome on the property to pitch or offer your services. It's very clear. We post it because our neighborhood is constantly filled with businesses (again, just like you - you are not special) who try and solicit business from us, all year round. To say we are tired of it, is an understatement.

So since your rep either can't read, or your company has trained him to ignore the No Solicitation sign, you can now eat this one star review.

Everyone was very professional. When installing the siding, they placed coverings over the windows to protect the windows while working. In the couple flower gardens we had near the house, the employees were very careful and considerate, and the work was done when stated. They cleaned up all work areas of any scraps, nails, etc. when done with the job. Wade kept in contact with us as to when to expect the gutter crew once all soffits and siding were replaced. We highly recommend Endeavor for your gutters, soffits, siding, etc.

This past week I had the privilege of having new windows installed in my home by Endeavor Exteriors. From the first contact with the sales representative, to the measuring, ordering, keeping me up to date with progress, time of arrival and scheduling, installation and project management, the service and commitment has been first class! Communication has been consistent through the project.

The installation was scheduled for Friday before the Arctic Blast. The installation crew arrived on time, took time to speak with me and see what needed to be done, and got started. As they made progress, they would inform me of what they were doing, demonstrate the workings of the windows and answer any questions I might have. The installers were polite, respectful, and meticulous in their work and focused on doing the best job.

A Project manager stopped by in the morning to see how things were going, asking both me and the crew, if there was anything needed. Later in the day, another project manager stopped by to check on the progress and restock supplies if necessary. The crew continued until the work was completed, checking along the way for quality, and cleaning everything before leaving.

I’m not sure how they were able to schedule the next few days of frigid weather, but we able to test the quality of the windows almost immediately. We felt warmer and love the beauty and value of our new windows. What a difference!

No doubt, Endeavor Exteriors is a great choice for home projects! Based on my experience, you’ll be pleased with product, quality, professionalism, workmanship and coordinated efforts demonstrated by all involved. Thank you Endeavor Exteriors!

From the moment I learned that my soffit was damaged and not performing sit should on my older home until the project was finished, Endeavor was there to guide me through the project and perform it with skill and integrity. The soffit was repaired, new trim, and a new gutter system giving my home the repairs that it needed and a small face-lift. Lee explained the process and the crew followed the plan exactly. Blake, the project manager, made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. He answered any questions and made sure all was finished in a timely manner.

There are companies out there that do great work, but their crews are unfriendly and sloppy. There are companies who have great crews, but they cut corners and their work is not great. Endeavor has both - excellent work and honest, friendly crews. I highly recommend this company for your exterior home needs. They are cost-effective and honor their quotes. That is very important in these economic times.

We recently hired Endeavor Exteriors for some exterior work on our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

The quality of their work speaks for itself — everything was done with great attention to detail, and the final result truly exceeded our expectations. They were also great about keeping us informed throughout the process and finished the project on time.

It’s not easy finding reliable contractors these days, but Endeavor Exteriors has earned our trust. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality exterior work done right!

The siding on a portion of our house was completely dilapidated. Now it's fresh, clean, and sturdy, thanks to Endeavor's able, efficient, and friendly team. Good work; good value. A pleasure dealing with sales people, project managers, and workers too.

We had our facia and soffit done. Now it looks better than the rotting wood, we won't have to paint, and they're now protected from the elements. The crew was friendly, fast, and cleaned up after.

The job was handle with professional work by not only the contact but the work crew.
Making sure we understand everything before going forward and at the final completion
Would recommend them for there service.

Edit: another one of these people came to my door this week, banging on the door and interrupting my work meeting. And of course, were once again rude when I told them “no soliciting” means NO SOLICITING.

We have a no solicitation sign on our home, as we have a sleeping toddler at home and adults who work from home.

Tell me why you have people canvassing my neighborhood completely disregarding no soliciting signs? When your employee woke my child after banging on the door and freaking out our dog - he continued to try and give me a sales pitch after I answered and told him to go away.

Absolutely insane business practice. And after reviewing these reviews clearly something you want your team to do.

Pushy sales people. I answered my door because I thought it was the mailman. The guy told me a little about the company and then mentioned that my windows are original (my house is 100 years old, my windows are not original). I told him I was working (which I was) but I would take a card and follow up with them if we need something in the future. He said he would send a guy out to look at my windows next week, then began to call the office to schedule me. I told him I had a meeting and had to go. He handed me his phone to schedule an estimate. I again said I had a meeting, handed his phone back to him and closed the door. I will never use or recommend companies thylat use these types of pushy sales tactics.
