Nick from Go In Pro Construction is the real deal! He’s a pro who loves his job and made everything so easy for me… no stress… no hassle. He handled it all… called my insurance… met the adjuster… found all the damage… and got my whole roof replaced. Now here’s a wild one… when Nick first checked my roof… he looks at me and says… your roof is shot! I’m thinking… what… it doesn’t look that bad! So I climb up there with him… and I’m LMAO… there’s a real bullet stuck in my roof! Who shoots a roof… right? Nick just shakes his head… says… this thing’s done. Man… he went all out… way more than I expected from any company.
My new roof is awesome! Black presidential shingles… black gutters… it’s the best looking roof around here… hands down. Nick worked it so the insurance paid for everything. I didn’t spend a single penny. If you hire Nick… just kick back and let him do his thing. He’ll get you a killer roof like he did for me. Nick… you’re a lifesaver… brother… thank you!

I know Nickolas Alexander Personally. I've done several projects with him. 4 Bathroom remodels, 2 Kitchen remodels, painted 3 houses, stained 4 fences, also detached and reset 3 solar systems with Nick" He is always super attentive to the smaller details most contractors miss. Nick has a really good eye. When its for an insurance inspection to secure approval on a roof, windows, or siding; No one is better a better advocate or representation you could have. When it comes to remodeling existing spaces Nick has an incredible understanding of Feng Shui. I've seen him add space, beauty, and most importantly Value to every house.

Side note* These one star reviews that are suddenly appearing on Nicks google are definitely fake. Its sad to see someone with such obvious malicious intent trying to pull Nick into the mud. He's a Stand up guy.

I’m so happy I met Nick Alexander. He helped me through the process with my insurance and his company has done a beautiful job. My house received a new roof and gutters and it’s been completely painted. It looks amazing. I would recommend Nick and his company GoPro to anyone Well, done, Nick

We had a huge hail storm in Colorado, about the size of golf balls a year ago, and my home insurance company would only fix a small amount of damage. Nick at Go In Pro Construction, took over and got my insurance company to pay for all the damage. My house looks amazing now, new roof, siding and gutters. He did a great job and my house looks beautiful again.

Nick and his team did an amazing job! We were able to get our roof replaced, solar panels removed and reapplied, new gutters, the entire outside of the house painted, all new windows AND french doors in place of a sliding glass door. Everything Nick promised to do, was done. Communication was great and his construction team was wonderful.

Nick has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Even when things got difficult with insurance procedures, Nick has always conducted himself and his company professionally and followed through with what he said he would do. After this positive experience regarding our roof, I will definitely trust Nick with future projects. Thank you Nick, you and your team provided exceptional service and workmanship.

Nick and Eldon installed several windows for us using a boom lift. They did a great job and had a professional demeanor. I look forward to working with this company again.

Reflections lives up to its Core Values. In our window repair project they solved a supplier product issue, came back multiple times at their expense and kept us informed of every aspect and timing of their solution. Excellent work and every Reflections person that we interacted with was first class.

Really nice job cleaning windows and screens. Only negative was the later than scheduled start and communication that there was a delay.

We had an exceptionally poor experience that took over a year to resolve. We had incorrectly ordered windows, damaged windows and doors, went out of our way to help the company and in the end were treated very poorly. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My personal year long experience is outlined below.

02.17.2024 – signed agreement with Reflections for 24 windows and 2 doors to be installed.

Week of 05.13.2024– Windows arrived to Reflections. Installation date sent - May 27th.

Week of 05.20.2024 – Installation date moved to June 10th - June 13th.

06.11.2024– Installers arrive with 4 wrong sized windows,1 wrong window and 20 dented window sashes. Installers ask to cut larger windows in home to cover their mistake and save themselves money. As a favor to installers, home owners agree. Installers go ahead with installing all dented and damaged windows claiming it's not their responsibility to install quality products. Additionally, damage to both Milgard doors was communicated and Milgard warranty request was made for screen damage, scratched glass and scratched vinyl finish.

Week of 06.17.2024– Given poor quality of windows and doors, installers arrange for the manufacturer (Pella) to come to the house to evaluate and order replacements for damaged windows. After multiple appts with Pella, 20 damaged window sashes are ordered. Reflections communicated that the awning window was ordered in addition to window sash replacements.

Week of 08.12.2024 – Replacement window sashes arrive, ~5 of the 20 are once again damaged. New windows are ordered. Initial installation of awning window. Awning window sash was damaged and the screen did not fit the window frame. New screen and sash are ordered.

Week of 10.15.2024 - Additional Pella appointment to replace damaged sashes. 1/5 sashes were damaged but replaced. Large awning sash replacement not ordered.

02.26.2025 - replacement windows (awning and final casement sash) arrive and are not installed due to sash damage on both replacements, new screen that fits awning was not ordered and was missing.

04.15.2025 – Final Pella window arrives and is installed.

Total time from order to final installation 423 days.

Could not be happier with their service! Very communicative, easy to schedule, friendly customer service, and, most important, highly skilled. Nick was quick and capable in repairing my broken screen and window. Marsha was helpful in booking service. And Chase was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great business to work with - highly recommend.

Very happy with our entire experience with Reflection Windows, from sales (Norma) to the installation team (Chase and Nick). A very professional team! Chase and Nick went above and beyond to make sure that the 6 new large tempered double glass windows, required in our high-rise apartment, would fit in our old metal window frames. Chase even took time to guide us with our window screen needs. We would highly recommend them for any of your window needs.

The windows are extraordinarily clean, the individual who came to wash them was Respectful and kind…and he did a great jo!!
