We contracted with R2 Construction to upgrade my daughters bathroom. They stated it would take 1 week for the project to be completed. It took 6 weeks for them to give back to us an unfinished poorly constructed bathroom. The tiles are poorly cut with jagged edges, some stick out further than others causing sharp edges, grout and caulk missing. Other issues include - poor drywall work, missing a shelf, cabinet drawer sticks out, missing exhaust fan, 1 floor tile sticks up so far we have to keep a rug over it to keep from cutting my daughters toes. The owner Roddy came out and agreed that the construction was poor and promised to make it right. I left phone messages, sent emails, every few weeks to try to get on their schedule and they have yet to fix the issue. I filed a complaint with the BBB - still no response. After I let everyone know that the work is sub par, I will take it to the next level.
