All reviews for K&D Development

We were super impressed by Frank, Kurtis, and the whole team at K&D. They helped us with a full kitchen remodel that included knocking down a wall (before and afters attached). Frank was very responsive to any questions, all of the sub contractors they sent out were great, and we love the finished product. The budget and timeline were pretty much spot on as well. We would definitely work with them in the future and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

We didn't have any work done by K&D (found out after contacting them that a neighbor could do the work), but I still wanted to leave a review based on the experience we did have. Kurtis drove all the way up to Evergreen for a free estimate, he was quick both in person and about getting our estimate back to us within 24 hours. They were also willing to be lenient on the price and match other offers we'd gotten. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

K&D blows away any other contractor I've worked with. They consistently exceed my expectations, are flexible, the team is super respectful, and work quickly and efficiently. Oh and they communicate! They have done a garage overhaul, exterior painting and siding repair, landscaping overhaul, and just about to start another handful of projects with them. I always feel like my homes are in great hands. I feel extremely lucky to have found such wonderful contractors. Thank you Damaris, Kurtis, and the whole K&D team for all you do - keep it up :)

We used K&D to do a big refresh on the exterior of our house, including new siding, windows, gutters, and paint, among other things. They did an amazing job and were such a pleasure to work with. Evan, the guy in charge of arranging everything (would that be "the contractor"?), was always easy to get ahold of by text and was always available to answer questions. All the different specialists that worked on different aspects of our house showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do. Everything was explained to us clearly, the price seemed very fair... and our house looks pristine! I would definitely recommend K&D, and I will be a returning customer in the future.

They did a awesome job I highly recommended K&D DEVELOPMENT very good price i might add

As a real estate agent, I always need help with projects at the very last minute. K&D Development has been helping me and my clients for over eight years now. Their Communication is wonderful & they alway have great ideas, that I never even think of!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 👏💯🏆

Best Company!! They went above and beyond and did a super fantastic job!! I would definitely recommend them!! Very nice, respectful, on time, good prices !! Highly Recommended!!

Cesar, Nick and everyone involved on the reconstruction of our basement after flood damage did a fantastic job. Workmanship, communication and attention to our needs was top notch. I would absolutely hire them again.

Seriously call them!! We LOVE K&D Development!!!
When an old pipe leading to our kitchen sink started to leak underground into our basement it was an absolute emergency we were not expecting to happen! Thanks to their knowledge and expertise it really put us at ease through the whole process. Having them as an advocate for us was extremely helpful in navigating our claim and insurance process. Their team was amazing and worked very efficiently. Their kindness, communication and work ethic was very much appreciated by my family to get our house back in working condition. We look forward to working with them again on more projects.

We recently hired K&D Development to do a small commercial remodeling job in a pediatric dental office. I really enjoyed working with Jon and Cesar as our project and construction managers. K&D were able to start our project in our time frame and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. The work included demo, framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, cabinet work and painting. Everything was done on time and within budget. I would highly recommend K&D to anyone looking for a general contractor that can handle any job as a total turn-key builder managing each trade as needed.

K&D company was just Great to work with, they took care of me with the entire process of fixing the roof of my house and dealing with my insurance. Especially the project manager Frank was amazing to work with. He was so friendly, respectful and so dedicated in helping his customers by going extra mile. They are pros on what they do, I highly recommend K&D development if you need to fix anything at your house for a hassle free service. You guys rock!!

Dealing with flooding and water damage in our home was really tough. I was actually referred to K&D Development by my old contractor, who I always used for work on my house.

From our first call, Kurtis Reeme and his team impressed us with their great skills and true care.

Kurtis and his crew arrived super fast, thoroughly checked the water damage, and clearly explained every step of the water damage restoration process. Luckily, they had excellent knowledge in water removal, drying, and preventing mold.

They kept us updated very well, and they worked tirelessly to make our property look perfect, just like it was before the damage.

For anyone in Denver dealing with water damage and needing trustworthy, professional water damage restoration services, I strongly approve of K&D Development. Kurtis Reeme and his dedicated team are simply amazing!

I just finished my remodeling job with this company. The quality of workmanship was incredible and I was highly satisfied with their customer service. Cesar was especially great and took care of me. I would recommend them to my friends and family

K&D development remodeled my walkout basement December 2021. They are professional, on time and very dedicated to their work. They exactly did what I was expecting and more. I would 100% recommend them to any big or small project. I will hire them again and again.

After some damage occurred that I needed fixed, I contacted K&D to assist with the repair. I spoke with Curtis and Cesar who were both so polite, kind, and quick to respond to my needs. Highly professional and easy to work with. I won't hesitate to contact them again if their services are needed in the future!

What can i say, they exceeded my expectations. K&D did such a great job, they communicate well, always on top of everything, always making sure were good and include us in the whole project. I wouldnt second guess having them work on any fiture projects! You guys are the best!!

I had an issue where my basement flooded and K&D restored everything back to its original state, including my custom built rock wall. The customer service was the best I have received from any company and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a timely and professional company for your needs!

Cesar and his team did a fantastic job. We’re so happy with our new kitchen, and he was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. His team members were also very kind and great to work with.

Frank and his K&D team were great to work with on a unique 2nd story decking project. When others either said no or quoted a crazy high price, Frank looked at it and said “we can do that” and gave me a price that was very reasonable.
All phases of our project, from demolition to final painting and cleaned up, were completed as scheduled by K&D’s professional crews.
The process was quick and easy, our deck looks great and we love it.

KD Development did an exceptional job on my home remodel. The team was professional, communicative, and delivered high-quality work. Every detail was handled with care, and the finished results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend KD Development!

My team and I flip residential homes in Colorado and have worked with many contractors. We love being able to depend on companies like K&D Development because they make our flipping process incredibly smooth. No project is without it’s hiccups but I know it will never truly be a problem when we’re working with K&D because both Mike (the project manager we worked with) and Kurtis (one of the owners) will be on top of it; always in open communication with us. The quality of work is excellent and the pace of progression is something I personally was impressed with; we completed before my projected timeframe so thumbs up all around. 10/10 will work with K&D Development again.
