Brad is a great person to work with and I would highly recommend him for any job! Great communication, showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my issue and had me up and running very quickly. I will definitely use him again in the future!

Brad and his team are highly professional and do great work. I communicated with Brad through text and a few phone calls. He showed up on time for the estimate, provided a very competitive quote and he and his team came the next week to install an outlet for my Tesla as well as install some flood lights and cameras around our property. Highly recommend and we'll definitely use again for future electrical needs. Thanks Brad and team!

Very very inconsistent. I got Micah's name from the contactor working on my master bathroom, I contacted him to replace our electrical panel, he quoted and completed the work very quickly and we were very happy with the outcome. The same contractor had planned for Micah to complete the wiring for our new bathtub and the agreement was that he would come after the bathroom was complete to run the wiring and then fix some other wiring from the construction. I contacted Micah to schedule the work via text and then email a few days later. Soon I was contacted by his office to set up the work, we scheduled and someone came and did something; however, they didn't complete the work. Instead, they left all our lights on, made a mess, left tools behind and never came back. The way things were left, it seemed like the tech was coming back but nothing. I contacted to reschedule and received no response from the office. At the end of this whole thing, very very unprofessional and with inconsistent results like this definitely would not recommend.

An actual person answered the phone, he was professional, he had the product I needed and even helped me load it all into the car. Pretty tough to find service like this anymore - I'm a happy customer and will certainly return. I should mention - I'm not a contractor and I don't have a business account - they took care of me anyway.

My experience with Tom at South Metro Electric has been poor, to say the least. He missed 3 appointments to come to my house and install the electric for our hot tub. On each occasion when we called to figure out what was going on and why he wasn't there the folks at SME chose not to answer the phone or call us back. After repeated calls and emails on each occasion we finally got a response from Tom with some other lame excuse about why he couldn't make it. His final excuse was that it's "hard to commit". Hard to commit? To making an appointment and showing up for it? That's not the kind of person or place I'm interested in working with. There are a ton of good, and reliable, electricians in this town...I would recommend passing on SME and hiring someone who wants your business.

We had a great experience with Downtown Metro Electric. After several other companies that we've worked with before didn't call us back, Scott from Downtown Metro Electric came by to look over the work we needed, treated us very well when he was here and listened to all of our concerns. A few days later he was back for the installation and got right to work, asked questions to make sure the new outlets were in the right places and didn't waste any time getting the job done. He even cleaned up the dust from the job when he was finished and labeled all the outlets to match the circuit breakers in the electrical box. He definitely went above and beyond our expectations.

Great experience! I was having an issue with track lighting that ended up just being the type of light bulb I was using! Bryan could have charged me a lot more to "fix" the issue but was honest that it wasn't actually an electrical problem. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this business.

I hired Bryan based on a recommendation from a friend for whom he had completed similar work. I recently purchased a very old home and needed new electrical installed in a bedroom. The plaster was falling off the walls and the ceiling due to poor installation of electrical many years ago and the age of the home. Bryan worked with me to come up with a solution that would deliver the results I wanted without causing additional damage to the structure of the ceiling or the walls. I was really impressed by how he was willing to customize a solution for my particular situation. The finished product looked great with two new pendant lights and a new ceiling light, and I only had light patching of plaster to do, instead of needing to replace the walls and ceiling. Definitely a more affordable solution!

Such great service from Bryan. He was super attentive and responsive throughout our repair. He diagnosed our problem fast and helped us resolve it. He even lent us his own personal heater while ours was in the process of getting fixed. 5 stars all around. Most definitely recommend

Had a vent put into our bathroom today! Also my pickyness for the way our bedroom ceiling fan turns on may have saved our lives. There was a weird dial in the closet that turned it on. Which according to Bryan was so out of date he’d never seen one like it. The inside had melted as the wires were crossing. It could have caused a fire if we had used it. Bryan spent 7 hours fixing both of these things for us and they came out beautifully. If anyone needs an electrician- use him!

Bryan and his crew just finished the electrical portion of our basement project, this was a full basement being wired and finished. Not only he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project but every time something had to be changed due to design Options and alterations he was up to the task and very flexible. We will definitely be calling him for future projects!

I had a power outage at my bakery and during my panic with a shop full of coolers warming up a customer gave me Bryan's number at Energy By Design. He returned my call within a few minutes and actually diagnosed my situation over the phone. A hobo had flipped the switch of our main breaker box located in our alley. He was able to describe what I needed to find and what I should do without coming to my shop and charging me a trip fee. Such incredible customer service. THANKS Bryan!
