I'm an retail customer who owns a electric stove range, and the door handle screw came loose on one side. Of course, the screw bit was square and none of my printer screw bits, nor construction matched.

Instead of paying an astronomical fee to have someone come in spend 3 minutes and leave. So I took a chance that an electrical supply company should have those odd size bits and sure enough....
This old, paycheck to paycheck person, I'm able to eat this week and pay all this weeks bills.

Yesterday, we were at the grocery store in our vehicle, when one of your company vehicles drove about 40 MPH through the parking lot and threatened us to get out of the way by speeding towards us. We had our child in the car with us, and he's not even 5 years old. Your driver caused a lot of stress on us, and when we sounded our horn to warn him to slow down and not drive so close to us, he flipped us off. Photo below is of his vehicle - I was unable to get a closer photo because of how fast he was driving through the parking lot.

If I could give a higher review I would. Two gentlemen (I shamefully didn't get their name) took time after their shift to help me after I was locked out of my car. It spoke volumes about the business and how personable, hardworking, and kind the employees are. Thank you thank you so much!

I had a delay in finishing my project. Once I contacted the owner, Bert, they made an exemplary effort to get the project back on track and within the contract budget. Bert and Sean are true professionals!

I can not explain how Elliott Supply has been the greatest electrical supply company that we have ever dealt with, and we've been doing this for 20 years. I hope that they expand in the Midwest region and start another location here in Colorado, Utah, California....Ask for Hays, he's raised my expectations for customer support.
